YAS-108/ATS-1080

I'd felt the same way. I was upgrading from a Yamaha YAS108 which had started to cut out. Bought a Vizio and immediately repackaged it and returned. Sound was funny and it just didn't feel rich. Bought a Samsung Q6cc and then added rear surrounds for under $200 and I'm absolutely blown away by the fidelity of the system. The sound is full, rich, and dialogue is crystal clear. I have no idea why anyone would opt for a full theater system over one of these today.

I had a cheapie JBL for a week then picked up a cheap Yamaha YAS on marketplace, and very quickly gave away the JBL. Had to change sound modes on the JBL constantly for clarity depending on the source.
