I am looking at the exact same options and got to try out a friend’s Levitate 1 for a little while. It does seem pretty sturdy when raised higher and the desktop is really solid. It’s thick and the contoured edge feels great when resting my arms there. It’s a nice touch. I also like the cable management system that folds up so you don’t have to see that all the time. My friend said it was a bit of a pain to put together but he really likes it overall and I think they made the 2 a little easier to construct. I prefer darker tones and a slightly larger desk so I am considering buying a LiftSync Quad frame (63”x32”), having a local woodworker craft a walnut top, and buying the Humanscale NeatTech Leather cable manager. The eFloat Quattro is my top choice because of larger size, color and material options, and cable channel but it’s way too expensive for me to justify without seeing it in person. Plus, I haven’t been able to find any in-depth reviews of it anywhere. If you remember, let me know which one you go with!

I got 1 from Autonomous about 12 years ago. Still going strong. I bought the stand mechanism with 2 motors and put a butcher block top on it just like another user did.

I'm 5'4" and have a Autonomous desk. It only goes down to 26" which is still a bit too high for me. I keep it down at 26" and have my chair adjusted to match the desk, and then use a Human Scale footrest to get my feet back up to where they should be. [https://www.amazon.com/Humanscale-Foot-Machine-Footrest-natural/dp/B000HVI1RG/ref=ast\_sto\_dp\_puis](https://www.amazon.com/Humanscale-Foot-Machine-Footrest-natural/dp/B000HVI1RG/ref=ast_sto_dp_puis) Stacking reams of paper up is a good temporary footrest option too. :) My chair is a Steelcase Gesture (442A30) that I got years ago at a factory sale. The seat pan is a good depth for my legs and the arm rests adjust to where I need them as well.

I got one shipped to me from Autonomous a few years ago. I mostly sit at it now but I have no complaints.

We bought 25 “autonomous” brand desks in 2020-2021 for the office. They are used pretty heavily. As of now we have had to replace a few casters but overall they held up. One top was damaged by someone cutting on it. Can swap out with any top. They lift enough weight that no one has ever overloaded them.

I've had a flexispot and autonomous. I didn't like the surface of the autonomous so when it got damaged I replaced with the flexispot legs and put some real wood on top. Working fantastic.
