This why I love this desk. That bevelled edge lets me keep the armrests a bit low (enough to under the desk and still rest my arms on it and the desk quite comfortably. My old desk I had to keep lowering the armrest everytime I wanted to slide the chair under the desk

I grabbed the E7 base about a year ago, it's been flawless and was easy to set up.

Flexispot E7 (Not pro), which can go as low as 24 inches which is enough for me (I need 24.8 inch to sit correctly). Or anything with 3-stage leg, 2-stage leg can not go so low.

I will recommend the E7 with chipboard top, about $400, but get better stability and build quality

Honestly, this applies to pretty much any standing desk out there. Even our most stable model, the E7 Plus Max, will have some wobble at standing height. That’s just the nature of adjustable desks. If you want zero movement at all, then it wouldn’t really be adjustable anymore. As for why you’ll see totally mixed opinions on stability, that’s actually pretty normal. It really comes down to how people use the desk and how sensitive they are to wobble. Some folks mostly sit, even if they bought a standing desk. As long as the build quality is solid, pretty much all of our desks feel very stable when seated. Models like the E2 or E5 are more than enough in that case. Then you’ve got people who stand occasionally, maybe for a quick meeting or browsing. In that scenario, the E2 can feel a bit shaky, the E5 is noticeably better, and the E7 series are more stable. That’s usually where opinions start to split. And then there are users who stand a lot, lean on the desk, or really put weight into it. At that point, the E5 kind of drops out, and you’re really looking at the E7 series and up. Even then, if someone is super sensitive to monitor shake, they might still feel like the E7 or E7 Pro moves too much, while the E7 Plus or E7 Plus Max feel a lot more solid. But others are totally fine with the E7 and E7 Pro. So yeah, it’s less about one “right” answer and more about matching the desk to how you actually use it.

Same, I love my Flexispot desk. It has enough dept for 2 laptops and a third screen to all be used at the same time. Never had a problem raising/lowering it unless it came unplugged 😁 think I got it on Wayfair, have had it since 2020.
