It’s great, I’ve had one for about a year. I bought a frame from Flexispot, and a nice desk top from Ikea. Monitor is on an arm so that’s also adjustable. I spend about half the day standing, half sitting. Buy a decent chair to go with it though.

I did the same, got a nice frame from flex spot and a massive fuckoff piece of oak that I couldn’t even get up the stairs without help. Definitely worth it and much nicer than the plastic mdf stuff they have.

What is your budget. I just got a Flexispot E5 Pro for £200 (\~260 USD). Granted I do woodwork as a hobby so making a 900mm (\~35") top wasn't an issuse. Lived with a 600mm (\~23") for a while and it was a painful experience even pushing the monitor way back beyond the desk back.
