I have one in my home office and use it 0.001 of the time. But I do like it when I use it and it was only £50 on amazon.

I got a generic sanodesk in ugly white but they don't sell it anymore. I plan to replace the top at some point but it works for now. Its a bit wobbly at the top compared to my proper one at work but I didn't expect anything amazing. https://amzn.eu/d/0SU76UL

I have one but because I have a long standing back issue where sometimes I just need to stand up. I did also get a walking pad which I did use very consistently before my back issue flared up.. I paid £184 for the "FLEXISPOT ONE PIECE Electric Standing Desk, Sit Stand Table Height Adjustable Desk with Memory Smart Pannel for Home Office, 100 x 60 cm" off Amazon in 2023 and it's currently £129.99 and theres a £20 voucher at the moment.

I had one of the Ikea ones when they first started doing them maybe a decade ago. It was OK but I found I left it down a lot of the time and if I was standing I wasn't standing in a great posture anyway. Biggest thing was that it had no memory so it was always a bit of a faff going from one to the other and tweaking it up and down a bit to get it right. Ended up in the kids room. Due to change rooms around again at home so I'm tempted to try a Flexispot (with position memory this time). I found it was good for the afternoon lull you sometimes get although my WFH routine rarely has me sitting for hours at a time, I have a wireless headset and wander about if it's a long call, or nip downstairs to make a drink through the day.

Satisfeito e recomendo

We’ve had one off Amazon since 2020. For the price it’s great. No wobble issues even on carpet when fully extended. The motor isn’t the smoothest or quietest but functionally fine. It tweaks out some times and need to unplug for a sec but motor seems fine after 5 years. Got the cheaper wood laminate top and it doesn’t look tacky and the surface has held up well to daily WFH duties. I’ve used $3000 wood top ones and they for sure look nice but there are diminishing returns.

I was thinking the same thing. I have a rising Flexispot desk with a peg board. and I have about a foot and a half / 2 feet before it would be hitting the ceiling (granted its a lower basement ceiling) so I would never be able to raise it enough to have a whole second setup comfortably in view

Yes they are. You can even get a desk cycle or walking treadmill to make meetings a workout. I've got the Flexispot electric desk and it's been very good and on around £230 as a Black Friday deal.
