I started using this guy after I got RSI, and it's worked for me: [https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/gladhoejden-desk-sit-stand-white-30493939/](https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/gladhoejden-desk-sit-stand-white-30493939/) I have quite a small space for a desk though, so if you have a bigger space and funding it might be better to get an electric one. I also had the benefit of being able to write these things off as tax deductible, being self-employed - but obviously only with my company funds which at the time weren't massive. If you get one like this, you also have to do a lot of manual work to get all the power stuff and cable management working as well
I love my standing desk. I got the non-electric IKEA Gladhojden for £179. Raises up and down with barely any effort, and I stick a treadmill under it to make sure I get enough movement as well as standing.
IKEA has manually adjustable sit/stand desks for like $180. I’ve had mine for years now and love it.
I got the Ikea manual adjustable one, and I kinda regret it. It's not a bad table, but the board is on the thinner side and it wobbles a bit. Still usable, but for a purchase like this, I wish I had spent more. Jin office has very good reviews
I work from home 4/5 days a week. I do stand, especially for meetings, and I got a sit stand desk from IKEA.
