I have a Mittzon from IKEA, it’s a sit stand desk! It’s great. I don’t use it to stand while I work, but the height adjustability is super helpful to make ur work set up ergonomic. I’m short so standard desks are too high, and raising my office chair means my feet won’t be on the ground.

IKEA one. I’ve had mine 8 years and it’s as good as the day I got it. Smooth, quiet glide and solidly built. So so happy with it. It’s called the Mittzon if you’re interested.

I can recommend the IKEA Mitzon. It feels solid, has built-in cable management, and has two memory settings. I find it’s good to stand for meetings where I have to stay focused. I need to use it more, but at the very least, you can get the best desk height.

I honestly hardly use mine but it’s still worth it because it’s a great desk. I got the IKEA powered one.

I bought one in early August and it's changed my life. I have mobility and other health challenges, and am a little shorter than average. It's not so much about the option to stand - adjusting just even my ideal sitting height without extra finicky life hacks (eg footrests) was a relief. I will say, though, that a lot of adjustable desks don't automatically solve height challenges for very short or very tall people unless you ensure you're getting an "extended range" model. Unfortunately many companies don't offer that. The few that do offer one or two out of their entire collection; a few will charge a premium! So sit-stand desks still require a bit of careful research and planning before purchase. That said, the flexibility suits my ergonomic needs much better than getting a static desk customized would have. I also like the ability to raise my desk to its maximum height for non-strenuous cable management. I just sit in my office chair and tinker comfortably. Added castor wheels to my setup so it makes it more of a breeze. Edit: just in case anyone's shopping for a desk based on height comfort needs, a tip I was given was to seek desks with legs that have three collapsing columns (or "three stage legs") vs just two collapsing columns. Specific affordable models: 1) the MITZZON (Ikea) 2) the E7 Pro Plus (Flexispot). I own the latter. So far, I'm very content.

I've got a Mittzon from Ikea, it's got a holder for a power cord with 3 sockets and USB (I think 3) and works quite well. Mainly like the cable guide below the desk, easy to hide everything there. You can choose the size as well, width and depth.

Ikea has an electric one for €439: [https://www.ikea.com/be/nl/p/mittzon-bureau-zit-sta-elektrisch-wit-s59529966/](https://www.ikea.com/be/nl/p/mittzon-bureau-zit-sta-elektrisch-wit-s59529966/) and even for 349 : [https://www.ikea.com/be/nl/p/rodulf-bureau-zit-sta-elektrisch-wit-s59530328/](https://www.ikea.com/be/nl/p/rodulf-bureau-zit-sta-elektrisch-wit-s59530328/) If you don't midn simply doing it manually, they have a cheaper model for €209: [https://www.ikea.com/be/nl/p/trotten-bureau-zit-sta-wit-s79429602/](https://www.ikea.com/be/nl/p/trotten-bureau-zit-sta-wit-s79429602/) But I would suggest that you first try to put your computer on a high stand so you force yourself to sit up straight. I feel that sitting up straight is more important/beneficial than the standing vs sitting. And if you get a standing desk, defnitely get a comfortable soft carpet becasue your feet will hurt in the beginning (but you will get used to it).

I got an electric IKEA one years ago and love it. It makes switching between sitting and standing so easy. I do that probably every one or two hours. Also important: Get a gel mat for standing.
