I have Rudolf standing desk from Ikea. I am very happy with it. I have a laptop, a big extra screen, and still plenty of room - I often use this as a sewing desk as well, and don't have to move my shit around even when putting a big sewing machine on the table.

The ikea one is perfectly good and considerably cheaper than others.

I have the electric one from IKEA (Rodulf, I think?). The tops come in lots of different sizes, so the price depends on that too. I actually bought a larger one and a smaller one, intending to use them for sewing and other crafts, before I got a WFH job. They also have manual ones that are much cheaper. I use the adjustment a lot, though usually to switch between a regular chair and a kneeling chair rather than standing. I'm trying to get myself in the habit of standing more, though.

I use a Kinnarps desk at work. They are pretty stout and rather large. I don’t recommend the powered ikea desks. My wife has one at home and it’s meh. I have a left hand corner desk at home that I think is also a Kinnarps desk and love it. Mostly because it’s sturdy. It’s rather old though so it doesn’t have and features beyond moving up and down. My son’s computer desk has a base we got from Amazon on a top we already had. It t has memory features so you can set preselected heights which is nice.

I honestly hardly use mine but it’s still worth it because it’s a great desk. I got the IKEA powered one.

+1 sample size from me, mine is about to have it's 6th birthday, second top (moved from left corner to right corner) and has moved houses four times. I love it!

I got an electric IKEA one years ago and love it. It makes switching between sitting and standing so easy. I do that probably every one or two hours. Also important: Get a gel mat for standing.

Get one of the electric IKEA standing desks. You can test them in store and they have the best return policy.
