Secretlab Magnus Pro is not cheap, but I'd recommend it to anyone. It does great at what it's meant to do, and the accessories are great. So is the cable management. It can be a slight pain if you need to swap out cables, but since that's rarely done, I don't think it's a huge detractor. If you do dual screen, I'd recommend getting two single monitor arms.
r/workfromhome • Which standing desk actually works? Need help! ->Secret lab standing desk is amazing
r/homeoffice • To those WFH, any good Standing Desk to buy for home office? ->“Actually stable when standing” That depends on how tall you are. I’m 5’7” and my Magnus Pro is fine, but taller people find it wobbly. Trouble is most of them are on two legs, and it’s just physics. That said there are 4 legs standing desks out there, this one seems good: https://youtu.be/Ei_Wq7cdBwg
r/BuyItForLife • Standing desk that won't fall apart after a year? ->That sucks. I bought the secret lab desk Magnus pro xl in white. I don’t have any issues with wobble unless I put it at the max height it can go then there is some which is well above where I would need it for my standing height
r/StandingDesks • Regret buying standing desk ->I've had mine for over a year and it's fantastic. Yes it costs more, but it's rock solid, the motor is smooth, and cable management is as good as it gets. I also have the 2-monitor stand, the extra magnetic cable management kit, and the laptop holder. 10/10 from me. I do not have the matching pad though - I bought an oversized one that covers most of the desk but not all. It's more cushioned and is water proof, and definitely less than the matching pads. It is heavy, and I assembled it myself - it's doable. But I'd recommend having someone help you move the boxes around, especially with stairs.
r/desksetup • Looking for the best of the best gaming pc setup for my bf,is the Secretlab MAGNUS pro worth it? ->Have the Magnus Pro XL and it's not that difficult to attach a monitor arm. There's quite a bit of space for most arms. I will accept that maybe some arms might not be able to fit properly but that's probably few and far between Also yes you do lose some space due to the cable management but it's such a more elegant solution than the cheap looking trays at the bottom of most other desks but as well you could get the riser and it will sit further back so you get that lost space back plus being able to attach any monitor arm
r/StandingDesk • Recommendations for Standing Desk (Gaming, Cable Management) ->I have a Magnus Pro at home. It's pretty good. Personally, though, I'd rather buy an Ergolutions Primus. They have a significantly better price-performance ratio and I like the look of them better.
r/desksetup • Looking for the best of the best gaming pc setup for my bf,is the Secretlab MAGNUS pro worth it? ->i bought a magnus about a year ago and I love it. it's kinda spendy but the build quality is great and it's rock solid. and the cable management is so good. my setup has never looked cleaner despite the fact that I have more peripherals than ever. it's not perfect though - i did have an issue w/ my original monitor arm not fitting so I had to purchase a different one which was made by VIVO. i also had a minor issue where after a power outage I was getting an error code and I couldn't adjust the height but all I had to do for the fix was unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in it was expensive like I said but if you spend a lot of time at your PC it's worth it. after using cheap, wobbly desks for so long it was an amazing breath of fresh air.
r/buildapcsales • [Desk] Standing Desk, 48 x 24 Inch Electric Height Adjustable Computer Desk for Home Office, Sit Stand up Work Gaming Table with Memory Controller/Headphone Hook, Rising Lift Workstation-Rustic Brown - $55.81 ->Very happy with mine too. But yes, extremely heavy. The XL is insanely heavy. Think twice before buying that if there are stairs involved.
r/HENRYUKLifestyle • Standing Desk ->If you’re in asia, get from a brand called Secretlab. Totally worth it. The big win for me is the very clean cable management and the magnet system they have going.
r/homeoffice • looking for the best standing desks for home offices. what are you all using? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
