Versatile road-to-trail, but struggles on wet, technical downhills.

Running these analyses costs money. Buy through my links to help keep lights on! I may get a small commission.
I had them already on several hikes (also difficult ones) and overal they're good...but next time I will purchase model w/o GTX because my feet were very sweaty in them and there are not so many occasions where I needed the GTX membrane at all
Great shoe, definitely falls in the category of a moutaineering shoe, but very light! Perfect grip and stability as well!
The Dynafit Trail, light, stable great grip and versatile cushioning! [https://www.dynafit.com/it-it/scarpa-trail-running-da-uomo-08-0000064111](https://www.dynafit.com/it-it/scarpa-trail-running-da-uomo-08-0000064111)
For reference, I'm normally a UK 10 / EU 44.5. I've tried the Scarpa Ribelle Run 2 ( EU 44.5)s, which are too narrow. Dynafit Transalper 2 (EU 44) are just a touch too narrow, but might work, the 44.5 felt baggy. I had some La Sportiva Tx Guides (EU 44.5), the first pair, bought in 2022 were great, but the next pair I bought last year were far too narrow. For comparison, I've got: La Sportiva Mutant (EU 44.5), which are wide enough and comfortable, but a little on the short side. Adidas Terrex Solo Swift (EU 44 2/3), excellent, and fit well, but not enough cushioning for running. Unsure about the new Skychaser Solo shoes. Salomon Speedcross 6 (EU 44 2/3), which fit well, but the deep lugs make them unsuitable for scrambling. Salomon X Ultra 360 GTX (EU 44), which despite being half a size smaller than my normal UK shoe size, fit quite well. Salewa Mountain Trainer Lite GTX (EU 44), which fit well, but are bulky. I'm after both a non-waterproof and waterproof shoe.
