Look at the Chico Fit360. Also rotating, way nicer and better design/engineered than the Evenflo 360 (twin dad and we two of both…) and they sell a separate base. https://www.chiccousa.com/shop-our-products/car-seats/fit360-cleartex-rotating-convertible-car-seat/79690.html https://www.chiccousa.com/shop-our-products/accessories/car-seat-accessories/fit360-rotating-convertible-car-seat-base/087019.html

The base is easier to install The seat attaches to the base in a more secure manner (needs the special tool attached to the adjuster belt to remove. Evenflo can be removed in middle of the rotation) Seat feels more secure when locked Seat harness is smoother when adjusting

We had the Chicco cleartex infant seat and now have the Chicco cleartex rotating seat and love it! If you decide to go with a jogging stroller, we are obsessed with our Guava stroller! Have used it twice a day for over a year and it is still good as new!

We went from a Y to an X and the X is just so much better for kids in car seats. My tip would be to go ahead and get a rotating base car seat (we have the Chicco fit360 and love it) so that you can retain easy access to the third row even with rear facing kids. I do not find the third row in our 6 seater to be uncomfortable in the least, I shared it with another medium adult behind two rear facing car seats and it was completely fine. If you're the kind of person who can never have too much space then go ahead and get a mini-van or SUV, but the size is perfect for us. I bought a small travel stroller that fits in the frunk and that's great for day-to-day. We've taken a couple road trips in it and have yet to be really space constrained, but I did go ahead and get a hitch mounted carrier just in case we need it in the future.

We have had convertible seats since birth. Graco turn to me and Chicco 360. Our average sized baby did not fit properly in the Graco for the first 6 weeks. The Chicco is bigger front to back so leaves less room for the front passenger seat. We bought used uppababy vista and yoyo strollers and they each have bassinets. We also have a few carrier options. There has been 3 times now that I really wished we had an infant seat. He’s 11 weeks old so 3 times isn’t bad. We live in the south so we don’t have harsh winters. Uppababy isn’t known for great car seats, I would choose a different brand. If we’d gotten an infant seat, we would have done Joie rue or mint with their travel stroller, I think it’s nutmeg. If I was juggling two kids or had a busier schedule, it would have been harder to go without the infant seat I think. For the convenience.

I had someone recommend 2 strollers and I thought they were out of their mind. I fought it and got the Nuna trvl and Pipa. I loved it. However, baby LOVED going on long walks. Not necessarily great in the Nuna combo, but now I know the new version (lx) flat. I still debate though because it’s not as smooth as a ride and truly designed for quick errands and airport travel (which it works great for). So at about 2 months I started looking for a bigger stroller because of the long walks. I went with the Cruz V2 and got the car seat attachment (through Nuna - NOT UB) for it. I thought, “wtf am I doing?! This is ridiculous!! I hate that I’m spending this money on this if we don’t use it that often.” This sucker is now my everyday. I really only use the Nuna when we travel for the weekends because we need more trunk space or airport travel. The UB is way sturdier, handles more of my day-to-day bs (I’m rough with stuff), steers nicely, isn’t too heavy (but does take up a considerable amount of space & some airlines do not allow you to gate check it), and the basket is FREAKING GREAT. I’ve really put it to the test with weight capacity. Moral of the story: my friend was right. If you can afford it, go for 2. One light for travel and one for everyday use. As for the car seat, having a true infant one has been great so I don’t wake up my LO when napping. For the most part, we don’t stop our days for napping. The LO is either strapped to us or in the car seat if we’re on the go. The infant seat allows our LO to continue sleeping without being disturbed. With that said, the LO is now getting heavier (7 months) and we just bought the chicco 360 zip. We’re excited to use it come August, maybe? I’m literally waiting until she reaches the height/weight limit of the Nuna Pipa before switching. That’s how much we like the convenience of the infant seat. Chicco usually has 20% off sales. I think they’re having one now for Father’s Day.

Honestly, I’d go with the UB system as a whole. Something I never thought about when shopping for car seats is the way you carry it. Instead of holding by the handle (like a farmers carry), it’s much easier to wrap your arm around it, grasping the bottom knob. The UB car seat actually had the curve in the handle to this. The Nuna doesn’t. But it’s not a make or break. I love our Pipa. It’s fairly easy to take apart and clean… which you will be doing. So I’d look to see how easy car seats are to disassemble & reassemble. That’s why for our new one we went with the Chicco 360 zip. Overall, I’d go UB if I did it all over again. It’s just better made. The leather handles on the stroller are nicer than the Nuna. The UB Cruz V2 is a much smoother ride. Sure, it’s kind of a bus in small spaces… but it’s a bus that I can put more shit in, takes a beating, is easy to fold and unfold, & I feel the seat doesn’t show as much dirt (I have the Anthony color). The main difference between the vista and Cruz (besides 2 kids vs 1) was the magnetic buckle and all-weather seat. If I was still in FL I would have gotten the vista bc of the seat…. But I’m not so we didn’t really need it. I also was not allowed to gate check the UB for American and Delta airlines (this was last month)… so that’s when I’m glad I had the Nuna Trvl bc that went with us instead. I chose the Cruz v2 bc I’m not planning on having a second child in this country until I’m safer as pregnant person. I had a miscarriage before my LO and unable to get the emergency care I needed. If you go with the UB/Pipa combo then get the Pipa adapter from Nuna. The UB adapter for the Pipa car seat is trash. Just straight garbage tbh. Here’s a [YouTube](https://youtu.be/SRaSf75hCUY?si=iZi6gHyZH5DvARkg) video on how to carry a car seat.

Baby car seat that swivels. Chicco has a great one, it’s so convenient. We have 2u2 and have used this for both of them.

This! The corso has the attachment where baby can lay pretty flat and it was our go-to for a lot of walks!
