Revolve360 Slim Convertible

You can turn them towards yourself to put them in and get them out, but you can't effortlessly turn them from rear- to forward-facing. You have to do a complete reinstall for that (which makes sense since in theory you only need to do it once). We use the Evenflo 360 Slim which is somewhat controversial, but we liked it enough to buy a second. They've revamped the turning system to make it more secure when locked. We really like it, but it's not THAT much better than a regular one. We always turned it for my first child but for some reason I barely turn it with our younger kid. I have found it makes a big difference when my toddler wants to climb in and out on her own, and I think it will make a bigger difference as she gets bigger, since we want to keep her rear-facing as long as possible. They are pretty bulky. We can only fit two carseats in our compact SUV, and we bought separate travel carseats for the plane.

We have two Evenflor Revolve360, a slim with a quick clean cover and a regular one. Both are great. Very worth it. They can do front and rear facing. Basically, they do every stage of "car seat" except a booster, which is the cheeapest to buy seperately. One reason we wanted these is that they can do rear facing for much longer, especially in terms of weight, than many other carseats can. I think all the Revolve360s go up to 45 or 50 lbs rear facing.

We have the evenflo 360 slim in my husband's Tacoma and it is A TIGHT FIT. We decided to try something different for my VW Atlas (with captain's seats) once baby outgrew his infant car seat so we got the Chicco Fit 360 and I absolutely love it. It feels so much nicer than the Evenflo 360 Slim and has some great little features (the magnetic chest clip and the stay forward crotch buckle are just \*chefs kiss\*). Also loved that the chicco was flame retardant free. The ONLY thing I like better about the Evenflo 360 is that it has a higher rear facing limit.

I have the Evenflo 360 slim. Turning is a GAME changer. We love ours. We had a maxicosi infant car seat and then we converted him to the Evenflo. It goes up thru booster and im RELIEVED to not be buying more baby gear hahah! It’s great.

That recalls involve adults not locking the seat into rear or front-facing when the carseat was empty and in motion. It was user error, not a faulty carseat. It swivels unless it's locked. It's obvious that it does. It's literally how it is designed to function. Doesn't matter if a kid's in it or not. Or the fact that ONE kid managed to shove their hands inside the headrest, somehow crumble the foam, and then put the foam in their mouth and choke on it. I have the 360 Slim, the model that kid did that in. I cannot get my hands into that space comfortably. A kid could, sure, but I'm not sure I can actually maneuver the tape that prevents this into that space. I do feel confident that MY kid cannot do that at the stage of life he's in. But in a few years? ... maybe? But my favorite recall for this seat? The one for failing to put the registration form in the box for you to register the seat so they can... inform you of future recalls... (and mine came with that form too.) And I got the MOST alarmist email from Amazon telling me to STOP USING THIS CARSEAT IMMEDIATELY. Because of a missing slip of paper.
