I have the evenflo revolve360 slim in my car because I have a sedan and need to fit 2 car seats. We have the graco easyturn 360 2-in-1 in my husband’s SUV. I prefer the graco because it seems a tad bit bigger so my toddler looks more comfortable in it but haven’t had issues with either. If you have the space I’d get the revolve360 extend or Graco turn2me 3-in-1.
We have the Graco 360 EasyTurn. I love it, baby seems to love it. The rotating feature is definitely worth it if it fits your budget. I couldn’t imagine trying to buckle my very wiggly 9 month old from the side. I also love that it’s pretty slim and not as bulky as a lot of other seats. We had the Evenflo 360 but returned it because baby hated it. Because of the new car seat regulations, they made the headrest super bulky and it squeezed her head and she couldn’t move. She was only 6 months old at the time so I can only imagine how much tighter it would’ve been as she grew. A friend of mine did the same thing because they had the same problem.
Honestly, I didn't even think twice about this. We had a Nuna infant car seat because it had the features we wanted & others did not. We have Graco and Evenflo older kids seats because those had the features we wanted & the Rava did not. 🤷🏼♀️ Fwiw My kids went from a Nuna pipa lite, into Evenflo Revolve Slim & Graco EasyTurn. I like the Graco easy turn more & typically recommend it -- but the rear-facing limits are lower & I only find it acceptable for my family because my kids are small/short (they won't crack the limits before 5yo). If your baby is tracking average or above on either weight or height, the Evenflo has high RF limits & therefore it is MUCH safer for longer.
I agree. I would skip the infant carrier and get a rotating. My child liked the big seat much more.I have the Graco easy turn 360 2in1. It meets new side impact standard already and has good safety reviews. I LOVE it. Well made and easy to use. Its fairly easy to install. I find it easier to unbuckle than my parents cosco cheap carseat. Although, their carseat is easier to install, but it doesn't give me the same sense of security for that reason. The rotating car seats are heavy! So, if she is taking it in and out a lot, that could be tiresome.
I have solely used the car seat attachment for the pram since my daughter was born in April. It's so handy to just lift it out of the car and set it onto the pram. Now she's 6.5 months and almost 19lbs so her plus the car seat are getting SO heavy that I'm just using the pushchair attachment of the pram instead. My husband has a Graco (i think) 360 seat in his car and it's very good. Although I still always preferred mine until the last few weeks when she's started being so heavy lol.
The maxi Cosi is the worst executed out of all the swivel seats. It’s hard to install, difficult to turn/swivel, has annoying padding rules that can make the harness fit really tight/awkward, and it is really short framed so it’s almost always outgrown by fit waaaay before the child reaches the actual height or weight limits. Graco seats tend to work well in sedans though there are about four thousand individual models and some are better (more compact front to back) than others. If you want a swivel seat that will fit and last as long as possible, I’d try the cybex Callisto select, Graco easyturn, or one of the Evenflo Revolve models (the slim has the same front to back footprint as the Extend line but is narrower side to side).
