We got the Joie Nutmeg and Mint travel system and I LOVED the latch system of the carseat. It was so easy to get in and out. When my LO reached around 6 months, we switched him over to the Joie Chili360 and the spin feature helps my back so much. We got them from Target, utilized the car seat trade in program for 20% off (got a $5 booster seat off marketplace as our trade in) + opened a red card for extra savings, I ended up getting the travel system for around $200. I loved that it wasnt black, we get a lot of compliments on the brown color

My absolute must is a 360 seat. I wish I hadn’t been so easily influenced by tiktok, because I started with the Evenflo 360 and both baby and I immediately hated it and returned it. I have 2 other rotating car seats now, my favorite is the Joie Chili Spin.

I have baby most of the time and my car is our ideal car when we are all together so his car seat stays in my car. Occasionally we travel in my husband’s truck and we just swap it over. It takes like 3 minutes once you’re used to it. It’s really not as time consuming as people make it seem. We have the Joie Chili Spin and we love it! I guess if you can afford to have multiple, you could, but I think most people just have one car seat.

We have the Joie chili spin 360 and love it! My husband has back issues so I wanted something that was easier for him and I simply enjoy the convenience. We have one for each car. My sister has the turn2me and similarly enjoys that. I think it’s up to you on what you are comfortable with paying but I really like the rotating seats.

We have the Nuna Demi grow next stroller and Nuna pipa car seat as well as the Joie 360 chili spin car seat and nutmeg stroller. They are both great and beautiful in design for both brands. Joie is just more affordable but just as durable as Nuna. If price isn’t an issue then Nuna is just a brand name. Get the Joie if you’re trying to save some coins!

The Nuna pipa car seat fits in the nutmeg stroller with no issues. No need for an adapter or anything. There’s a safety button to keep the car seat in place

We got Egg 3 pram/buggy and used the car seat attachment absolutely loads when baby was small. It was really handy if taking a quick trip in car to shop etc, just lift baby out and go. Our car seat also rotated out to face us so very handy. We got a BeSafe GoBeyond which fit the Egg adapters. It extended out to allow baby to be a bit flatter when in it. If you aren’t going to be in and out of the car much, then you won’t have much need for it. We’ve just upgraded to Joie 360spin car seat which is also great and goes up to 4y.

Theres a couple Maxi cosi halo - being replaced with the raia (same seat different name). I have this one and love it, it’s extended rear facing, my roughly average 10 month old hasn’t hit the first marker yet so I’m quietly confident it will last rear facing for about 4 years. Joie 360 - not extended rear facing as per the manufacturer but the marker measurements are close to seats that are so there’s a lot of speculation it would last quite some time in rear facing mode. Nuna 360 (dunno the actual name) - nuna have pretty bad reviews for head flop caused by the positioning of the head rest, I’ve only looked at it and it looks a lot like their other seats so I would be cautious that it has the same issue. There’s a couple of fb groups dedicated to AUS car seats - some are a bit full on but I’ve found them overall helpful in terms of getting the harness fit right and install if that’s something you were curious about.
