Baby Jogger City Mini GT/GT2 double. A double BOB is a little too big and you don’t need the off-road capability at Disney. The City Mini GT double is a great Disney option. Either rent or start looking for a used one locally on Marketplace to use and then re-sell when you are done with it

To be fair, “travel stroller” is kind of a misconception as well, as it really depends on what you expect out of a compact stroller. The stroller that fits in the overhead bin is really only going to handle indoors and paved terrain, whereas a compact city stroller will deal with a bit more. I live rural; we have gravel streets and no sidewalks in our village, and my parents are on a farm with pasture trails. I have a compact city stroller that we would use for travel, and I also had a Phil & Ted’s Sport with second seat and a Baby Jogger City Mini GT Double. I sold the doubles in favour of a Larktale Caravan Quad. I only buy main strollers that will cope with going for a walk at my parents place and get me to and from the local playground by the mailboxes. I also realized by the time my second kiddo was 6 months old that our terrain capable double stroller was not a great travel stroller (we needed to travel with two playpens and struggled to fit the stroller in the vehicle at the same time, and it folded in too many pieces to be easy to deal with at the airport) and we needed something for road trips to the city. If you’re actually going to run with a stroller, you should get a stroller specifically engineered to do that. You will have a way better running experience if you’re not fighting your stroller the whole time. Also accept that the running stroller will not fit well in the vehicle and will not be ideal for travel.

STM, I have a used Baby Jogger City Mini GT side by side double that is great! Found it on FB Marketplace to use instead of the Mockingbird that I hate with a burning passion as a double (Also, my crossbar snapped with my kids inside even AFTER the recall was "fixed". They sent me a new replacement frame which seems sturdier but I still hate it!). I also keep the Bombi Bebee V2 (single) in my car for quick outings when my older toddler wants to walk and I adore it.

I had the cheap frame stroller for 2 car seats. We didn’t leave the house much the early days except to go to the doctor. Then I had the city mini gt double for my main stroller. They were able to sit in it as young as 1 month old bc it reclined so flat. That stroller is amazing and made it to when they were 6 at Disney. It’s one that truly grows with them. I never felt like I needed a smaller stroller bc it was narrow and easy to navigate. I feel like so many newer fancier strollers are bulkier and honestly not great for the toddler stage. And to me strollers are key to independence for toddler twins

We did a Chico stroller and car seat combo for our first. Taking the car seat out of the car and dropping it right into the stroller was great. We took that thing everywhere, even thru airports, on planes, Disney, etc. used it for our 3 other kids as well and now it’s sitting in my garage shelf 9 years later. When we had #2 the UBs had come out and we went to test drive them..the 1x1 configuration made it so hard to turn we ended up getting a citi-mini double. Also have taken that to Disney, and Europe, and still have it. We did end up getting a UB Umbrella for when we didn’t need the double and for easier portability. Still got that one too! Yeah the UB is the BMW of strollers, but you might end up wanting / needing another stroller depending on your needs anyway, so save some coin and use it for diapers!

Highly recommend renting a double city mini. We've done it multiple times in the past. Folds up easily and not a big footprint. Plenty of storage room under and they always provide a rain cover. Not sure why you aren't, but a stroller nap is bound to happen at those ages. Let them nap and enjoy the parks. One of our fondest memories is when our four year old fell asleep and our 18 month old chilled in the stroller while we got to enjoy the festival eats in epcot! Either way, have a great time!

We bought a caddy type stroller (babytrend snap & go) when our twins were first born. Really convenient and easy to take around. I waited until black friday to SPLURGEEEEE on not 1 but 2 babyjoggers 😅. Theyre 30% on black friday plus either amazon (15% off) or target (15% + 5% if using red card) completion discount. Getting 2 was only a bit more than getting 1 when not on sale. It worked in our favor bc they were born only a few months away from black friday. Ok we love both the babyjogger double strollers so I imagine the single versions would be amazing as well. The mini gt2 is so smooth and easy to take them shopping and around the city in. Also got the summit x3 because that is an actual jogging stroller (mini gt2 is not). I get such a good workout in with that one. Both worth the purchase and the wait. We still use the caddy as well for more tight places like the doctors office…will be using that one for as long as they fit in their infant carseat.

Baby jogger is owned by Graco but is their luxury line. I LOVE my Baby jogger car seat and stroller. I even got the same brand double stroller for my next!

I did the joovy twin with the car seat adapters and then at like 6 months old I just moved on to my baby jogger double stroller (which is the best thing ever). Honestly I didn’t go out with them much as babies other than doctors appointments and errands I generally had a second person with me until they could sit in a carriage.
