"No wires getting caught, can move the mouse wherever I want."
"I can even turn it with one hand with 2 kids in it!"
"the minu rolls like a dream for a travel stroller. ... It works great in nyc and resorts."

"it goes in the overhead compartment of an airplane WITHOUT removing any wheels"
"The only time the Bugaboo didn't fit in the overhead bin was on a very small regional jet, other than that it fit in there perfectly."
"wanted a pram we could take on board and keep with us from Manchester ... it has the same dimensions in case anyone challenged me on size"

"It’s also the only one I found that had a true one hand open/close."
"is really easy to fold one-handed (which is a lifesaver when juggling bags or a squirmy kid)"
"I used it many times flying solo with my little one all the way up to the gate. ... I could hold him and still fold the stroller one handed."

"huge storage basket. It’s held full grocery loads for me."
"The stroller basket is supposed to be for up to 10lbs, but I frequently put way more than 10lbs and it holds. Ive put quite a few heavy soup cans with our other groceries and my heavy purse in the basket and it’s held and doesn’t show any signs of it going out despite me constantly being way over its limit."
"it was a lifesaver being able to shove the kids, the personal items and diaper bags in one place while my husband dealt carrying the other stuff. ... just to be able to haul all my bags and car seat and still at least have one hand free if needed."

"Lightweight and indestructible because we travel and between me and the airlines, our gear gets treated like deep fried trash."
"We’ve travelled to 30+ countries and it’s still going strong after 7 years and 2 kids."
"carried it up and down literally hundreds of flights of stairs all over Europe ... I descended a hiking track down a mountain in Northern Italy pushing it while carrying a baby in my other arm ... There’s barely a scratch on it"

"If you have wild kids or go over not perfectly smooth sidewalks, it's not great."
"The minu is basically a janky doll stroller in comparison lol. ... I can take the vista across gravel or grass with no issue. The minu is so uncomfortable for my kid and the steering is so stiff and the wheels are tiny. I never use it and wish I hadn’t ever bought it honestly!"
"Walking around, we hit an uneven bit of pavement and it would have tipped over if I hadn’t had a good grip on it."

"I would have gotten a stroller with a bassinet attachment or full lay flat option if I could do it over again. ... Bassinet attachment would have saved my sanity in the first several months. ... I couldn't go on longer stroller walks because I didnt want my newborn in her carseat (with attachment for stroller) for too long. Serious cabin fever for a bit."
"It’s not newborn compatible, it doesn’t recline nearly enough for that."
"I would say it's better for babies that are more upright, cuz it doesn't fully fold back"

"My Nordstrom rep showed me it’s top heavy with a baby in there. ... It really felt unsteady, like if you hung a heavy purse off the handle it could tip backwards."
"we had it with her car seat which is what we used in the early days (don't recommend). I dont like it at all."
"The minu v3 is technically infant compatible but I personally would not use it with an infant. ... You can’t make them parent facing and it’s not fully flat"

"significantly lower and if you are anything north of 175 cm you will find yourself kicking the axle from time to time so you will have to walk in an uncomfortable way to make it work."
"The handlebar is also lower on the Bugaboo."
"most people much prefer the travel stroller except for my 6’3” husband (travel strollers don’t have adjustable handlebars)"

"Also tips over if you hang anything on the handle"
"it felt quite tippy to me, even with baby in it"
Depends on your needs. I’d consider the doona more maybe if I live in a city and would be moving from taxi/ride share to public transport to shops etc often but I don’t so I decided against it for a lot of other reasons. I have the Nuna mixx with the pipa and just got a bugaboo butterfly as a travel stroller because the mixx is great for parks, bigger events etc it’s a little bulky to travel with or throw in and out of the back of the car frequently.
r/Buyingforbaby • Doona vs Nuna Pipa + Travel stroller? ->Doona then bugaboo here, found it easier to collapse one handed than the yoyo
r/AskSF • Parents Question --Which Stroller to buy for SF living? ->Bugaboo Kangaroo is far superior to the Uppababy. We have a Silver Cross Wave but if I were to go back and do it all over again I’d get a Bugaboo all the way. We do have the Bugaboo Butterfly as our travel stroller and use that way more (fits in overhead bin on airplane!)
r/BabyBumps • Stroller recommendations ->Have you tried both of these strollers in person? Not sure where you are located but most Nordstroms typically carry both and their baby gear experts can walk you through the differences. The quality of the bugaboo fabric & build felt better as well as suspension. The uppababy strollers I tried felt cheap in comparison. Bugaboo Butterfly is worth getting for travel alone! We started using it when our son was maybe 5 months old and that’s all we use now. We’re at Disneyland this week and have a Thule jogging stroller and the Silver Cross Wave and Bugaboo Butterfly. Brought the Butterfly on this trip and are so glad we did!
r/BabyBumps • Stroller recommendations ->I was about to say I love our butterfly but it def doesn’t lay flat! I wish it did!!
r/BabyBumpsandBeyondAu • Please pick one stroller👶 ->Butterfly! We’ve legit gone down aisle on an airplane with it. People always get amazed by it. It’s super light and folds like a dream.
r/nycparents • What collapsible travel stroller do you recommend? ->I did a side by side comparison at Nordstrom and the Bugaboo Butterfly won for several different reasons. *Straight pushbar instead of rounded *Larger bottom basket *Smoother push *Included footbar
r/Buyingforbaby • Joolz aer+ vs bugaboo butterfly ->Unbelievably good considering the size, wish I hadn't waited so long to get one!
r/Buyingforbaby • Travel Stroller - Analysis Paralysis ->I hesitated buying the Bugaboo Butterfly for so long and after finally getting it, I'm kicking myself for waiting. I do wish it reclined more, but the fold and underseat basket are amazing and the ride is very smooth.
r/Buyingforbaby • Travel Stroller - Analysis Paralysis ->I looked at the Yoyo, the Nuna Trvl, and a few others but ultimately went with the Bugaboo Butterfly. The basket on the BB is so much larger and the fold was smaller. I'd skip the bundle with the cupholder, stroller bag, or small bag that hangs on the handlebar. The small bag is too big, the stroller bag is tough to get around it especially if you add the bumper bar, and the cup holder holds very little in a way that inspires trust. I would get the bumper bar, that was a lifesaver in being able to attach the tethers to keep him from throwing bottles or toys around the airport.
r/Buyingforbaby • Travel Stroller Recommendations For 16 Month Old ->I sold my minu v3 and bought a butterfly! The minu was creaky and got stuck closed alllll the time!
r/Buyingforbaby • Bugaboo Butterfly or Minu? ->I have the butterfly and want that Aer+ 😭. True bigger basket and has sturdy feel but the Joolz is lighter by -3 or -4 lbs and I find once baby is older than 6months lighter stroller is most important
r/nycparents • Lightweight stroller options ->How big are the kids? We love our Bugaboo Butterfly for all travel. Its super lightweight, folds up tiny (fits under the cabin beds or in the closet) and I can maneuver it one handed pretty easily. It's good up to 50lbs
r/dcl • Which travel stroller do you swear by for a Disney cruise? ->Doona for travel/errands until they size out, then bugaboo butterfly for travel. Uppababy vista for every day.
r/NewParents • What's the best stroller you've used? ->We have an uppa baby vista and a Doona. We LOVED our Doona and used it until 11/12 months (have a 99th percentile baby). we got a bugaboo butterfly for travel/quick trips.
r/NewParents • What kind of/how many strollers do people have? ->We use a travel stroller-bugaboo butterfly. It fits in the overhead. If we’re going on a longer trip I might rent a vista on babyquip.
r/Parenting • Turns 3 in two months - do you air travel with a stroller? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
