This is the way. We have the Chicco Viaro (jogging style stroller) and I love it for walks but it is quite long and difficult to maneuver in many stores or crowded spaces. It is a dream to walk on sidewalks, streets, and even in grass or in gravel. It never gets stuck on uneven pavement. My parents have a Chicco Bravo and it is great for smaller spaces like stores but does sometimes get stuck on uneven ground! If I had to choose again I’d probably go for the Bravo just because it’s a little smaller.
Our daily stroller is a Chico viaro and our infant car seat was a Chico keyfit 35. We got the viaro bc it was cheap (got it used) and did not require an adapter with the car seat. I don’t recommend the viaro unless you’re looking for a cheap stroller that works, stuff like the cup holders are meh and it’s just super basic. My dream stroller if I could afford it is the cybex gazelle bc it looks pretty and I love the idea of the basket for storage, but I can’t justify spending the money when we have a fine functional single stroller. I’ve heard the bugaboo butterfly and the Zoe traveler are both good for travel, as is the joolz air. We got the Zoe twin for our double stroller bc it’s popular for travel (expecting our second soon).
