"Only complaint is the buckle can be a little tricky to open ... so it's annoying when kiddo wants to keep getting in and out and in and out, at like a museum or something"

"I also have the colugo! We are getting a jogging stroller though because we live in a rural area and once baby gets bigger and harder to carry, we will want something with bigger wheels."

We rented the yoyo on vacation and loved how compact it was but it wasn’t easy to fold up. Ended up buying the colugo, and really like it. Easy to fold, compact, lightweight. Maybe not as small as the yoyo but I prefer it due to it being easier to fold. I think we ended up getting on sale for around $150.
I had a big diaper bag and hated it. I repurposed my Kavu as my diaper bag and it’s great tbh. Snacks or bottle/formula on one side, wipes/diaper/change of clothes on the other. We have a colugo travel stroller It’s compact and has a bag that makes it a backpack. It was super convenient when we were at the beach because we could use it on the boardwalk and then put it in the bag so it didn’t get sandy. It also fits on planes. But you won’t be able to use it until they’re a bit older, like 6 months
We have Colugo's compact stroller for travel and it's been very convenient. Fits in the overhead bin and still had a decent size basket underneath considering how small it is. Came with a rain cover, too. Only complaint is the buckle can be a little tricky to open, so it's annoying when kiddo wants to keep getting in and out and in and out, at like a museum or something. But overall I would still recommend it. https://colugo.com/products/the-compact-stroller-cool-grey?srsltid=AfmBOoqwp6POB-QlX9mx2OTJTbDKdyM6_2DF8JDkucWMlYrERNQQIqTe
I agree with all of this! Cheaper car seat click in stroller for when they are young and then we switched to a travel stroller as our main one. We went with Colugo since it was a little cheaper as a travel option. The jogging stroller is totally optional, but as a runner investing in a nice BOB was our splurge purchase. They can also be found used super easily. Are great for trails and rough sidewalks even if you aren't running!
We just got the minuv3 and ifs great but if we didn’t have the infant need we love the culugo
You’d never be able to haul the rotating car seat on a plane, additionally they aren’t approved for airplanes in the US, I don’t believe. We have a colugo stroller and it one handedly folds up to fit in the overhead bin. I love it!
We have the Colugo The One and we love it! It is super compact, lightweight (weighs 17 lb), you can open and close very easily, and fits in the overhead compartment of a plane. I was sad it wasn’t a rear facing stroller when LO was first born, but a starting at 4 months when she could sit upright it didn’t really matter.
I just bought a colugo travel stroller and was worried that it was incompatible with car seats and then I realized that we had outgrown it! First time mom here too and only sharing because I had the same realization :)
I’ve done a fair amount of solo travel with my baby but was lucky enough to be going to a destination where my family had an extra stroller I could use once there. If you need a stroller at your destination I’d bring it. But I’d bring a travel stroller that you don’t need to gate check (we have a colugo that fits overhead) OR one that is less expensive and you’re okay with it getting dinged a bit. I, personally, wouldn’t invest in the padded stroller bag for my uppa baby on top of the stroller price. Not to mention when traveling I prefer a smaller, easier to navigate stroller. If you don’t need a stroller at your final destination I’d opt for baby wearing, diaper bag backpack, fanny pack type bag for your personal items and then check a large suitcase with everything else!
