"It's also absolutely unbreakable ... I have it since 3 years, done ton of afters, street parties, beach parties, etc, with it. Saltwater, beers, dust, sand, falling on the ground, etc, nothing broke or deteriorated it the slightest, and I am a pro for breaking anything technological."

If you will be traveling frequently in cabs or other people's cars, the Shyft is what you want. I live in NYC and I can't tell you how many times I drooled over Doonas and Shyfts while out and about. They are just so convenient. If you won't be in that position, get the Gazelle. It is a dream of a stroller. It's a workhorse but it feels weightless to handle, and it has some of the most versatile configuration options out there. And it has so many pretty colorways - not a reason to buy it, but a really nice bonus!

r/NewParents • Who else has 2 or more strollers and one kid? Are my stroller choices justified? ->We love our Cybex e gazelle but it’s v heavy, wouldn’t want to be taking it in and out of the car every day. It’s also huge so hard to fit in some small shops and cafes round here. Our friends have the bugaboo and really like it. We also have a joolz aer for quick appointments/holidays and it’s amazing, so light. If it wasn’t for the lack of storage space, we’d probably use this as our full time pram.
r/HENRYUKLifestyle • Choosing pram. Recommendations? ->I second Cybex. We got the Gazelle S initially and then added an Orfeo travel pram. We've been super happy with them both. We did our research, looked at reviews and then went to the baby shop and test drove a bunch of different ones around the store. I can't imagine buying more than 2 prams.
r/daddit • My wife has a crazy addiction to buying strollers. So we’ve tried em all. ->I have the Cybex Gazelle and LOVE it although we only have a 12 week old right now. We have the Cloud G car seat which might be what your friend has bc it can recline in the stroller (you can also get a bassinet attachment but this negates the 2 hour rule) but don’t need to with the car seat. I haven’t used the actual seat with it, but I really like the way you can do multiple configurations. I find it really easy to fold up and throw in my trunk. It also feels really nice and sturdy. I almost got the Mockingbird but it felt flimsy to me. The Gazelle is like the Mockingbirds more sophisticated sister. That being said, I wouldn’t really call it a travel stroller. It’s big and sometimes I accidentally bump into things or have a little trouble navigating around like clothes racks. And it’s not cheap. But those are the only issues I have with it.

Also decided I wanted a stroller that can be a double in the future. That really narrowed things down. We went to West Coast Kids and they showed us the options. Thought about it, researched, and went back another day to purchase. We got the Cybex Gazelle stroller and Aton 2 car seat.

r/BabyBumpsCanada • BEST STROLLER/BASSINET/CARSEAT COMBO FOR 1st TIME MOM IN TORONTO? [on] ->I’d like to put in a good word for the cybex gazelle! No adaptors needed to switch to double stroller mode, and the second seat has the same max capacity as the first (unlike vista v2 rumble seat). Plus the basket is huge without that crossbar in the uppababy baskets. I literally would take mine shopping at Costco. It also comes with a shopping basket that attaches up top. No regrets about cybex!

Ended up buying the Cybex Callisto car seat (also love) for our post-infant seat car seat because we trust the Cybex brand so much! We are also going to have 2 under 2 and love that the second adapters are built in and that we can still use the undercarriage even with the two seats. 10/10 recommend.
