I got the evenflo folio3 stroller secondhand, and the infant seat can be bought new separately. It met our needs really well. I used it for a stroller fit class, walking in gravelly park areas and around the city.

Iād personally get something like the Graco trax 2.0 Jogger Travel System, but they have other models. They are made with bigger wheels which are great for terrain. Iām in Canada and bought the Evenflo jogger but they are similar!
