"My baby has had countless naps in the bassinet attachment during walks, which at one point was the only way he’d nap."
"We love that the seat turns into a bassinet for the first few months, and then can convert into a toddler seat once baby's sitting up well!"
"The bassinet feature was so useful when our daughter was little"

"I find it most convenient to be able to snap the car seat directly into the stroller. Especially with a sleeping baby! If they pass out on the 5 minute drive to the doctor I don’t have to wake him up until it’s necessary."
"Also very convenient to attach the car seat to when they’re little to run into a store, etc."
"And that the car seat snaps into the same stroller base"

"I love that everything comes with it for a price point of $400 (typically on sale on amazon)."
"plus doesn’t break the bank."
"We LOVE our Evenflo Pivot travel system. ... We have zero complaints and it has been worth every penny."

"The bassinet attachment could be used and an extra toddler seat for when baby was older. You could clip in the car seat and the toddler seat. So I used that for when I needed to lug both boys around."
"Then put baby in the carrier while the toddler sits in the bassinet/toddler chair."
"I see the evenflow pivot, which comes with a safe max car seat as well as a rumble seat. It’s basically built for two kids out of the gate- or grows with your baby as they shift from car seat to rumble seat. ... With the rumble seat, I can take baby out of the car seat and use the stroller with the rumble seat instead. I usually keep both in my car."

"we had the diaper bag/backpack snapped on the stroller handle, the pack n play in the undercarriage plus our milk/pump bags and all of that was fine and didn’t infringe on my kids space"

"But that and the evenflow have zero suspension - nearly launched her out hitting an uneven sidewalk one day."

"The frame is pretty flimsy. ... Feels like it'll break within a year of constant use because it squeaks and moves side to side easily."
"The soft spongy handle gets ruined pretty easily. We had ours in the back of a truck and I got it out and the handle was shaved down. :("

"Hate the fact that it comes with a detachable cup holder. When you're going through the door or putting it in the vehicle, it falls off and rolls away lol."

"I hated this stroller. I have a lightweight diaper bag but putting it under the stroller made it so hard to push and really squeaky. ... Adding babe and a diaper bag made the stroller hard to push and so squeaky."

I think we are going to go with the Evenflo Pivot travel system. You might want to check out Wirecutter or Consumer Reports buying guides for strollers for more information!
Evenflo Pivot travel system - and if you plan on having 2 maybe splurge for the evenflo pivot expand travel system that can hold a toddler and infant. You can still use it singular for your baby It’s lightweight, clicks in to the stroller and car seat base, and looks very average (so nothing fancy). The wheels are fine. Unless you plan on going through rough rocky terrain, you’ll be fine. The singular evenflo litemax expand travel system (car seat, car seat base, and stroller) I think is under $300 right now and the expand version (that allows you to seat an infant and toddler) is under $500
We LOVE our Evenflo Pivot travel system. The bassinet feature was so useful when our daughter was little and now at 9 months, we are using the seat option facing us and she loves it. Also very convenient to attach the car seat to when they’re little to run into a store, etc. We have zero complaints and it has been worth every penny.
We ended up with this once since it can go from car seat to stroller mode, and has a toddler seat mode as well although I'm 5'5 and it's a pretty tall stroller, since I wanted the baby closer so I didn't have to bend down as much. I'm not sure if it's going to be too bulky for you, but maybe there's a place that sells them in person where you can try them out? https://a.co/d/1ktAnu9
Honestly, I don't use a stroller as much as I thought I would. I have four. Evenflo Pivot Xpand-Given to me as a gift. Pros: Pretty great for a toddler and newborn. I really love the fact that the car seat can click into the stroller. And the bassinet feature is another thing I love. I can bring a baby carrier and just the bassinet and use it for either baby. I let my toddler run around while baby lies in the bassinet. Then put baby in the carrier while the toddler sits in the bassinet/toddler chair. Cons: The frame is pretty flimsy. Feels like it'll break within a year of constant use because it squeaks and moves side to side easily. Hate the fact that it comes with a detachable cup holder. When you're going through the door or putting it in the vehicle, it falls off and rolls away lol. I just ended up buying the Momcozy stroller organizer for it. Very bulky and heavy. It's hard to bring up and down stairs, especially in double stroller mode. But it is a double stroller lol. The soft spongy handle gets ruined pretty easily. We had ours in the back of a truck and I got it out and the handle was shaved down. :( Evenflo Pivot Travel System-Given as a gift. Essentially the same points as the Xpand. Just no double mode. The bassinet that comes with it does lay flatter than the Xpand bassinet though. Larktale Crossover Convertible Stroller/Wagon-Bought myself while on sale. Actually really loved it initially. Pros: 2 in 1. Can easily turn into a stroller or wagon given the circumstances. I like all the accessories it came with. Pretty durable and we used it in the mountains on trails and stuff. Cons: It was difficult to turn into stroller or wagon mode initially. Sometimes the pull handle would pop out if you didn't put it on properly. Never used the second seat. The wheel fell off on the third use. One of the clips in the front fell off while my baby was in the wagon and I had to Macgyver it back together. I hate that I can't see baby. I would genuinely prefer a Wonderfold so I can see baby in front of me. Bily Easy Compact Umbella Fold & Swing-Away Canopy Deluxe Umbrella Stroller-Given as a gift. Eh. Typical cheap umbrella stroller. Kinda of difficult to open or close. We can hang it up but it does fall open a bit. Do love the convenience of it. But it is long. My heart is really set on the Nuna Trvl. If you can afford it, I'd splurge on that. I've used it every chance I got whenever I can. And it's sooo compact. So all in all, I think if I could. I'd splurge on the Wonderfold W2, Nuna Trvl, and keep my Pivot Xpand lol. Really try to test them in store as much as you can. Fold them up, unfold it, lift it every way possible, try the straps, run around the store with it if you have to lol
I have - a nuna mixx - yoyo baby zen - an even flow pivot explore - fb marketplace - and just for a bob jogger off fb marketplace for running her to school The zen we wanted for travel because lugging around strollers is shit. But that and the evenflow have zero suspension - nearly launched her out hitting an uneven sidewalk one day. The nuna has great suspension - it’s our daily driver. The bob however is also super awesome. I think looking back, I’d get the bob. There are attachments for car seats, tray tables, cup holder caddies for your stuff. I like it way better. I got one free off a mom group and that thing lasted multiple families for what seems like 10 years. The wheels are worn but easy to replace. They are solid pieces of equipment I would highly recommend a bob jogger. If you would have told me two years ago that I’d have four strollers I’d think you are crazy. We use the shit out of all of them though so 🤷🏻♀️
We originally bought the Evenflo Pivot Suite and hated it, and ended up selling it and buying a Baby Jogger City Mini used when my son was about 7 months old. I wish we would have gotten the City Mini from the beginning - it folds up easily, reclines almost flat, glides like a dream, handles different terrains well, and isn’t too heavy. It also takes up WAY less space in my trunk. My friends who live in NYC also love City Minis, so they’re good for city life. I believe they also have a bassinet attachment, and I know they have attachments for different brands of car seats.
Definitely a budget option and it does not have all the bells and whistles but the Evenflo Pivot travel system has a bassinet mode and is very affordable.
I also got the Evenflo but the pivot. It’s been working wonderfully!
Everyone who I know who uses or has used the Doona has ended up hating it. Some because it’s short, even with the adjustable handle it’s not much of a difference. They couldn’t really use it past a year. They ended up having to switch over to a larger car seat and separate stroller sooner than they planned. Which was a lot extra inconvenient cost when you realize how much they paid for the Doona. Now for the Nuna I only have one friend in our friend group who has purchased it and even then She would t pay for it. Her family pitched in for it. I’m not sure what model she has but it did come with the bassinet attachment and you could put the car seat in when it. Now’s she’s using the larger child attachment so the baby can sit upright, and below is a seat where toddler sits. Recently I’ve been seeing some people have had issues with the Nuna and having issues with the company in general. I’ve had two babies and pregnant with number 3. With my first I used the brand Monbene it’s available at Walmart. It was a travel system. I liked it, I used the stroller til my son was 2.5. With my second I had the Evelflo Pivot and also really liked it. The bassinet attachment could be used and an extra toddler seat for when baby was older. You could clip in the car seat and the toddler seat. So I used that for when I needed to lug both boys around. With my third I got the Graco verb travel system. You can clip the car seat in and when baby can sit upright I’ll have a stroller. Graco is also one of the better known and highly recommended because price and they have so many options available.
