I think we are going to go with the Evenflo Pivot travel system. You might want to check out Wirecutter or Consumer Reports buying guides for strollers for more information!

Evenflo Pivot travel system - and if you plan on having 2 maybe splurge for the evenflo pivot expand travel system that can hold a toddler and infant. You can still use it singular for your baby It’s lightweight, clicks in to the stroller and car seat base, and looks very average (so nothing fancy). The wheels are fine. Unless you plan on going through rough rocky terrain, you’ll be fine. The singular evenflo litemax expand travel system (car seat, car seat base, and stroller) I think is under $300 right now and the expand version (that allows you to seat an infant and toddler) is under $500

We LOVE our Evenflo Pivot travel system. The bassinet feature was so useful when our daughter was little and now at 9 months, we are using the seat option facing us and she loves it. Also very convenient to attach the car seat to when they’re little to run into a store, etc. We have zero complaints and it has been worth every penny.

We ended up with this once since it can go from car seat to stroller mode, and has a toddler seat mode as well although I'm 5'5 and it's a pretty tall stroller, since I wanted the baby closer so I didn't have to bend down as much. I'm not sure if it's going to be too bulky for you, but maybe there's a place that sells them in person where you can try them out? https://a.co/d/1ktAnu9

I have - a nuna mixx - yoyo baby zen - an even flow pivot explore - fb marketplace - and just for a bob jogger off fb marketplace for running her to school The zen we wanted for travel because lugging around strollers is shit. But that and the evenflow have zero suspension - nearly launched her out hitting an uneven sidewalk one day. The nuna has great suspension - it’s our daily driver. The bob however is also super awesome. I think looking back, I’d get the bob. There are attachments for car seats, tray tables, cup holder caddies for your stuff. I like it way better. I got one free off a mom group and that thing lasted multiple families for what seems like 10 years. The wheels are worn but easy to replace. They are solid pieces of equipment I would highly recommend a bob jogger. If you would have told me two years ago that I’d have four strollers I’d think you are crazy. We use the shit out of all of them though so 🤷🏻‍♀️

We originally bought the Evenflo Pivot Suite and hated it, and ended up selling it and buying a Baby Jogger City Mini used when my son was about 7 months old. I wish we would have gotten the City Mini from the beginning - it folds up easily, reclines almost flat, glides like a dream, handles different terrains well, and isn’t too heavy. It also takes up WAY less space in my trunk. My friends who live in NYC also love City Minis, so they’re good for city life. I believe they also have a bassinet attachment, and I know they have attachments for different brands of car seats.

Definitely a budget option and it does not have all the bells and whistles but the Evenflo Pivot travel system has a bassinet mode and is very affordable.

I also got the Evenflo but the pivot. It’s been working wonderfully!

r/BabyBumpsstroller + car seat recs? esp. Nuna or Doona - FTM feeling overwhelmed
10 months ago

Everyone who I know who uses or has used the Doona has ended up hating it. Some because it’s short, even with the adjustable handle it’s not much of a difference. They couldn’t really use it past a year. They ended up having to switch over to a larger car seat and separate stroller sooner than they planned. Which was a lot extra inconvenient cost when you realize how much they paid for the Doona. Now for the Nuna I only have one friend in our friend group who has purchased it and even then She would t pay for it. Her family pitched in for it. I’m not sure what model she has but it did come with the bassinet attachment and you could put the car seat in when it. Now’s she’s using the larger child attachment so the baby can sit upright, and below is a seat where toddler sits. Recently I’ve been seeing some people have had issues with the Nuna and having issues with the company in general. I’ve had two babies and pregnant with number 3. With my first I used the brand Monbene it’s available at Walmart. It was a travel system. I liked it, I used the stroller til my son was 2.5. With my second I had the Evelflo Pivot and also really liked it. The bassinet attachment could be used and an extra toddler seat for when baby was older. You could clip in the car seat and the toddler seat. So I used that for when I needed to lug both boys around. With my third I got the Graco verb travel system. You can clip the car seat in and when baby can sit upright I’ll have a stroller. Graco is also one of the better known and highly recommended because price and they have so many options available.

r/NewParentsPlease recommend a stroller for my newborn. Lightweight vs Full Size

We got the even Flo pivot travel system. Came with the infant car seat(up to 35 lbs) and the actual stroller insert has the bassinet and the stroller attachment for when they get bigger, which is all one convertible piece. It’s super light(I have to carry the stroller part up 2 flights of stairs). My son HATES the bassinet part so I just use his car seat when we go on walks, and by spring he’ll be more than fine to use the stroller itself. I chose it for the price, about 300 for all of it, and came with the base for the car seat, and for the reviews which were very positive with all of the research I did
