I bought an Evenflo travel system that had all the features that you’re talking about, and was significantly less expensive. We were happy with it, especially because as our kid got older (above age 1) and outgrew the infant car seat, we tended to use a travel/umbrella stroller for light weight anyway. They regularly have coupons for 20% off, too. https://www.evenflo.com/collections/travel-systems

Not sure how applicable it Will be to living in a city since I don't, but we got the new Evenflo shyft intuiti and love how lightweight it is, easy to collapse, and the rotating car seat base is awesome. The wheels have suspension and I have never had an issue over any ground type- we routinely stroller baby down the gravel driveway and while it's obviously a little bouncy, the stroller handles it with grace.

I got the even flow shift intuiti travel system with the revolving car seat. Under 500 bucks. Comes with a lot of the extras like coffee cup holder and tray. It’s also very good for tall parents.

If you will be traveling frequently in cabs or other people's cars, the Shyft is what you want. I live in NYC and I can't tell you how many times I drooled over Doonas and Shyfts while out and about. They are just so convenient. If you won't be in that position, get the Gazelle. It is a dream of a stroller. It's a workhorse but it feels weightless to handle, and it has some of the most versatile configuration options out there. And it has so many pretty colorways - not a reason to buy it, but a really nice bonus!

I love love love the Evenflo Shyft. The convenience is amazing. My baby is 6 months now and I'm dreading the day he outgrows it because I love it so much.

You can install both the doona and the evenflo shyft (I personally think this design is better but to each their own) using just a seat belt for travel without the base.

I would not put much thought into the stroller and more into the safety of the car seat. Honestly mostly all strollers do the same thing. I went with the stroller that had the safest car seat attachment Once they were about 12 months old, I retired the original stroller to one that was much smaller and compatible 3. I had a version of the Evenflo

I have the Evenflo Shyft. The downside to it is you must be diligent about resetting. I make sure I hear both clicks and check every. single. time. It is heavy, and post partum it was hard to lift. Now, I carry a 20lb baby all day, I can throw the carseat into my high suv with ease. The upside is it is fabulous to run and errand and not have to unstrap and move a cranky 8 month old into a stroller or carry my determined escape who constantly wants down. I would purchase it again. My husband has the pippa nuna light something. I do like it alot. It is well made and very nice. If I were going to carry my infant instead of strolling in the dualride, the light weight is worth the extra $$ for sure. I also have a $90 11lb travel stroller- amazing, fits under the seat or pink tags with no worries of breaking. I also have a delta children's jogging stroller. I thought it was so ridiculous when my husband registered for it, but I love it. It is so comfortable. Baby and I walk trails, parks, gravel roads, the yard and because of the giant rubber wheels and shocks he is always comfortable and we never get stuck. I am in the process of buying the next step up in carseat, but we have a long way before needed. When we travel we a safety 1st all stages we take with us.
