Get the Graco ready2jet stroller with one of the car seats instead. Fits the car seat and the stroller is so easy to use. The ready2jet is our single stroller instead of using our UB Vista as a single.
r/BabyBumps • Hoping to hear some opinions on the graco snugline and its accompanying stroller base. I’m torn on which we should go with for our baby. ->Stroller was such a lifesaver on our first airplane trip that we now have a compact folding travel stroller specifically to make traveling and airports easier. Some times that you may want to just contain the toddler and not have to freaking worry about them toddling off: -TSA/security. I babywear through TSA, but the second my stroller is cleared, baby is in the stroller so I can get the rest of our carry ons (and deal with the liquids testing for milk) more easily. -bathrooms. Way easier to deal with diapers and diaper bags and changes and *having a chance to go yourself* if nobody is making a break for it. -when the gate swarm starts forming. Lot easier to just contain toddler and avoid them getting squished or smacked by Karen's definitely-too-big carry on. -Waiting for checked luggage. I can stand with the stroller and carry ons and my husband can grab the checked bags (which never come up together) and kinda toss-roll them towards me. I can have both hands to catch it and get everything situated.
r/NewParents • Stroller disagreement ->We also (now) have their ready to jet, if a travel stroller that works with the Graco travel system family winds up being important to you. Also 10/10.
r/Mommit • Best AFFORDABLE car seat travel system for 2 month old? ->It works with their infant bucket seats! I've seen it on display at a few targets if you wanted to see it in person. Just an option!
r/Mommit • Best AFFORDABLE car seat travel system for 2 month old? ->Mines walking, but we still use our stroller daily. We have a Graco Modes pramette and a Graco ready2jet. The modes one is nicer, good for long walks and park outings, etc. The ready2jet is good for flying (it fits in Delta and American airlines overhead bins!) and just quick errands, cause it fits in the car better. If you have a big car, then a double would probably be a good idea, but if space in a limited commodity in your car, I'd hold off getting something giant until you need it. Plus strollers have a limited lifespan, I know my best friend had to replace theirs between #2 and #3, just cause the frame was giving out from the beatings #1 and #2 subjected that poor stroller to.
r/NewParents • How long did you use your stroller? ->Graco ready2jet. Again and again
r/Buyingforbaby • Best reclining travel stroller? ->Graco ready2jet
r/Buyingforbaby • Travel Stroller Recommendations For 16 Month Old ->We had that stroller frame and loved it! However we just purchased the ready to jet travel stroller and I wish we would have started with that stroller. The ready to jet can have the car seat easily click in but can be used as the toddler seat for longer term use.
r/BabyBumps • Hoping to hear some opinions on the graco snugline and its accompanying stroller base. I’m torn on which we should go with for our baby. ->I have it, can’t tell if I like it though.
r/Costco • Graco ready 2 jet stroller $69.88 in-store Englewood Colorado ->I did ended up return it though, while light, it was a bit flimsy compared to the Summer by Ingenuity 3Dquickclose CS+ Compact Fold Stroller we ended up getting which was even cheaper. It weighs a few pounds more but the sturdiness is much better and stable. Costco does have the Ready2Jet on sale now for $109.99 if it helps.
r/NewParents • Is a travel stroller worth it? ->I (very recently) have three: a regular stroller, a travel stroller, and a jogger. We have the mockingbird with the bassinet attachment, which we used until she got too long for it (around 3.5 mo). I bought it off fb from a mom who bought it thinking she’d walk a lot, but decided it was too cold. We also used the bassinet attachment on a stand and it was her bedside bassinet until she moved to her crib. We walked a lot and it’s still great with the rumble seat. When she was 3-ish months I bought the Graco Ready2Jet bc I knew we had a lot of travel coming up. I LOVE that thing. It’s so light compared to the mockingbird and my graco car seat clicks right in. I use it when I am shopping now, and we’ve taken it on flights, all over hawaii, and now all over japan. It’s the best. And last week, I picked up a secondhand jogger so my husband and I can take her on runs. She honestly still looks tiny in it, but it’s nice (for a well-used stroller). I will say, it’s wayyy harder to steer than my other strollers, and it’s HUGE—like, it seems wayyy bigger than my mockingbird. We’ll likely only use it to go running.
r/NewParents • What kind of/how many strollers do people have? ->We have the second one, but not the DLX (but WITH the anti rebound bar). We really like it! We’ve transferred it between like 7 cars and never had an issue installing the base. It’s also super helpful to be able to install the car seat baseless with the seatbelt! I do not have that stroller, I got the mockingbird with a car seat attachment, BUT 3 months in we got the graco [ready2jet](https://a.co/d/6Rcdoyg) for our upcoming travels and it’s both my and my husband’s favorite stroller now. The car seat clicks in like the one you have here, but it also has a seat that baby can ride in til toddlerhood! It’s super light and we have taken it all over town, to hawaii and japan, and on planes, subways—it’s just the best. It’s not a fancy rolls-Royce style stroller, but it’s a damn good one!
r/BabyBumps • Hoping to hear some opinions on the graco snugline and its accompanying stroller base. I’m torn on which we should go with for our baby. ->The Graco Ready to Jet is a nice budget stroller. It's much flimsier than the Minu though and doesn't fold or push nearly as nicely. If you don't need the Minu for flying it's a great choice for basic getting around town. I will say that the two in store we tried were both busted so I would be worried about longevity. But for $75 who cares about it breaking.
r/moderatelygranolamoms • Moms, what attracted you to buy that stroller? ->We just got a Graco Ready2Jet from Costco for like $120. Light weight, one handed fold (and lift into the trunk). Feels way more well constructed than any of the ultra compact umbrella strollers or, say, the yoyo. Decent sized basket and a removable cupholder too. And I'm not kicking it or hunched over like with a smaller one. We've used it over brick/smooth cobblestone/grass/snow with no problem already. Seems like it'll fit in any but the smallest overhead compartments. Removable bumper bar. Our 2.5yo loves it, as does our 16mo.
r/Buyingforbaby • Stroller recommendations ->Definitely make sure it's a travel stroller, not a full size one. At one point we thought about just bringing our normal full size uppababy stroller with us - that would've been a disaster. We were gifted a Graco Ready2Jet Compact Stroller, and it was really nice! I like that you can fold or open it with one hand. It is small enough to store in the overhead storage, which a few airlines did allow us to do - but most wanted us to check it at the gate. One of our stops was actually Italy, so if you're going there, hope your baby is ready for attention, they love babies there. One last thing, make sure you buy a stroller gate check bag. It'll help your stroller from getting dirty in the cargo area.
r/NewParents • Stroller disagreement ->We got the Mockingbird and got the adapter for a Graco carrier seat. I love it, it allows for a second seat attachment. THAT BEING SAID… eventually I said “eff it” and got the Graco jet set light weight stroller because the normal strollers are HEAVY. I regret getting rid of my Graco Modes because it was not only cheaper, but way more light weight than the bougie brands.
r/BabyBumps • Please just tell me what stroller to buy ->I got overwhelmed and just ended up going with the ready2jet because it’s soo lightweight, and fits in overhead compartment. We travel a lot, for work and family so that was an easy pick — I did lean towards the bulkier newborn car seats for a while, but decided to just get an insert instead.
r/BabyBumps • How did you choose a stroller and car seat? ->1 double stroller and get a cheap single stroller too. One of my twins has a lot of appts and I had to get a single stroller off of marketplace. We have the graco duo glider which is massive. But someone gifted it to me so im not complaining or buying a different one. Our car seats snap right in. So I checked marketplace snd found a graco ready 2 jet stroller and I love it. Its so compact and I can keep it in my trunk for the single baby appts. It folds up so small. Its a no bells and whistles stroller but gets the job done 0 complaints over here.
r/parentsofmultiples • Two single strollers or one double stroller? ->I have this stroller. Unfortunately it was not available at my warehouse and I paid over $100 for it at another store. Anyway, this is a fantastic travel stroller for any parents looking and a great price.
r/Costco • Graco ready 2 jet stroller $69.88 in-store Englewood Colorado ->We got a Graco Ready2jet - $130 on sale from Graco. One hand to fold/unfold and stands up on its own when folded. We're also in a major urban area, but for some reason there are basically no travel strollers on marketplace. So we decided to just buy one before tariffs sent costs crazy, even though baby isn't here yet
r/Buyingforbaby • Affordable & easy travel stroller ->We got the ready2jet. Baby's not here yet, but it's really slick. One hand open/close, stands upright when folded, and Graco car seat snaps in with no adapters.
r/BabyBumps • Best Stroller for Quick Trips and Tight Spaces? ->What about a travel stroller? We got a Ready2Jet from Graco that had good reviews. Another item is maybe a highchair!
r/BabyBumps • Get another stroller or wait? ->https://www.costco.com/Graco%20Ready2Jet%20Compact%20Stroller.product.4000305478.html?NATAPP=SEARCH&COSTID=iosapp_24.9.4&TRACKING=NO&sh=true&nf=true I have this one bc I could care less if it gets dinged up. I just leave it at gate check and don’t even put it in a bag. I’ve been on a few trips recently and it haa held up good so far. We have guava roam stroller and I love it but I think the only time I would bring that on vacation is if we would be hiking/running on uneven surfaces (which to my surprise has dramatically dropped off since having a baby - imagine that 😂)
r/NewParents • What's the best stroller you've used? ->I got the Graco travel stroller for $75 at Costco and it looks the exact same 😂 Edit: it actually looks better since the Graco has the cross-body bar that turns into a carrying handle when folded. And the Uppababy doesn't have a cup holder 😭 100% recommend the Graco Ready2Jet
r/moderatelygranolamoms • Moms, what attracted you to buy that stroller? ->Oh honestly I've been using my Graco Ready2Jet for months and it actually folds incredibly easy and is waaay smoother than my other strollers. We've used it on a few trips already and have had not a single issue. It's regular $250CAD so I wouldn't really call it a budget stroller.
r/moderatelygranolamoms • Moms, what attracted you to buy that stroller? ->We have the 35 XT for the load leg and have been really happy with it so far. We got the ready 2 jet instead of just the stroller base, it’s an extra $30 but we figured we would be able to use it longer. We were gifted the fast action jogging stroller and have used it with the car seat, the seat comes completely off so it functions just like the stroller base pictured. If I could have redone it, I would have opted for the nest stroller to have the bassinet seat.
