It’s come off the website now, but we got ours second hand anyway - the John Lewis branded umbrella stroller goes to 22kg

The John Lewis Anyday umbrella stroller goes up to 22kg, costs £60 and is really good.

We bought the basic Anyday stroller from John Lewis for our last holiday when our daughter was 9mo. It's fairly compact as it's an umbrella fold so it's long but narrow. We took a buggy bag for it for the plane. She is now 2.5 and the Grandparents have used that for her instead of the iCandy we use, and we are taking it abroad again next week. It was only £60 or something and has done the job of a basic stroller brilliantly.

We used the John Lewis AnyDay stroller. Got it for £54, was £60 full price I think, and it's been great. It's done us 2 abroad holidays (one at 9mo and one at 2.5) and the grandparents use it weekly when they babysit. We got a buggy bag from Amazon for about £15 for travelling with it.
