Based on 1 year's data from Feb 25, 2026 How it works
We decided against a travel stroller, but we are in a cobblestoned European city with no car and needed huge wheels and good suspension. We got a Joie MyTrax Pro, which does fold small and one-haded but it is ~25lbs. I have never tried to swing it into a trunk, but I feel like it would be hard. My parents bought a Chicco Corso travel system that has one-handled fold and it was super easy to get into the car while also holding the baby — it worked great while visiting them in their car-reliant town. It’s a lot less fancy, but we were also not really using it as our primary „vehicle.“ My personal opinion is that if you are primarily moving in a car, you really don’t need as good of a stroller (and you should have a nicer car seat than my family does for our rare taxi rides) though I admit that some of that is simply because I babywear while traveling.
Our firstborn (already toddler) had the exact same problem. Our choices were Joye mytrax pro for a stroller and i-spin 360 for car seat. To be fair the choice of the same manufacturer was unintentional, we just tried out a bunch of seats and strollers.
I would get a second hand one from Facebook marketplace we got a joie mytrax for approximately £30 my big 2 year old can take naps in there comfortably still. The airlines can be a bit rough with them so it would give you piece of mind knowing your proper pram won’t be getting any damage - they also need to fold into one piece with airlines such as Ryanair and easy jet so would depend who your going with
Danke nochmal an alle tollen Tipps hier!
