"We will use this stroller until she's 5+ or whenever she stops wanting to sit in it. ... It's durable, packable and idk why anyone overcomplicates their lives by getting multiple strollers."

"the main attachment lay flat for newborn (so we didn’t get a basinet attachment) ... It is safe to use from birth. You have to move some flaps and it will create an enclosure"
"No need to spend extra for a infant pillow. It can be used from a newborn"
"Nuna lays completely flat as it is."

"The Nuna Pipa Urbn is great but it is an infant seat that your baby could potentially be grown out of before they reach 6 months. ... my little one is 5 months and definitely doesn’t fit in it now so we’re having to get a convertible seat. ... It only goes up to 28lbs or 23 inches height (something along those lines), whichever comes first ... ultimately you’ll need a convertible seat at some point around 5-6 months, depending on how quickly your LO grows."

"Also my turnoff with the strollers that transform From toddler seat to bassinet and arnt a separate attachment is the straps are in the bottom of the bassinet instead of a flat surface which seems uncomfortable ... I was interested in them until I realized that the straps from the toddler seats stay in the bottom of the bassinet when you transition it, which seems really uncomfortable for baby to me so I’d rather have a separate bassinet attachment at this point, if that makes sense."

"The Nuna was great if you're on a smooth sidewalk or something ... Joggers are just better with different terrain"
"not good on snow"
We went and trialed them. I really enjoyed the vista mobility compared to the nuna, it also felt more comfortable for him. They make bags that you could gate check the vista. The wheels come off really easily, if I was going to gate check it I would remove the wheels. We got a travel car seat and travel stroller separate from the ones we keep in the car. I wanted a light stroller I wouldn’t have to gate check and a light car seat to carry through the airport. The doona for us was extremely low, it seemed like it would be uncomfortable for long usage.
r/BabyBumps • Stuck between Nuna and Uppababy ->I was torn between your same options. I went w the nuna Demi next. I went in the store to try both and I like the nuna (how easy to close, to push it w one hand) the main attachment lay flat for newborn (so we didn’t get a basinet attachment). For travel consider a foldable stroller
r/BabyBumps • Stuck between Nuna and Uppababy ->After lots of shopping around, we went with the Nuna PIPA urbn and Demi Next. Was able to try different combos (mainly UPPAbaby and Nuna) in our vehicles and really liked the one we chose.
r/Buyingforbaby • Best travel system for a baby? ->After lots of shopping around, we went with the Nuna PIPA urbn and Demi Next. Was able to try different combos (mainly UPPAbaby and Nuna) in our vehicles and really liked the one we chose.
r/Buyingforbaby • Best travel system for a baby? ->I am down this deep dark rabbit hole currently. I was leaning uppa, but then I read their infant car seats have a bad “chin to chest” issue. You can get a nuna infant seat to fit the vista v2/v3 but then I’m like, why not just go all nuna at that point. So now I’m looking at the nuna Demi next stroller with the pipa aire infant seat and then when they grow out of that we’ll switch to a convertible car seats. I want the bassinet attachment also not just for walks but for traveling naps and if the bay falls asleep on our walks they can just keep sleeping in the bassinet but with the infant seat they can’t.
r/Buyingforbaby • Help! Drowning in a Car Seat and Sea of Strollers - Need a Lightweight Safe Travel System for a Newborn that they can grow into. ->Joolz aer 2 and Nuna pipa URBN are what I’m doing for my nyc baby. This combo is most versatile for travel etc.
r/Buyingforbaby • Need recommendations for infant car seat and stroller combos! ->I got the nuna next travel system and I was not impressed for the price. Granted I have nothing to compare it to but I expected it to be lighter and easier to get in and out of the car :/. Quality is good but wish I’d gone with a different option.
r/pregnant • What Travel Stroller system did you go with? ->We have one, the Nuna Pipa Urban Travel system. We've traveled across the country with it twice. It folds up at gate for gate check, no problem. It comes with the infant car seat. Our 7 month old is 19lbs and 24in tall and fits in it nicely still. The car seat attaches to the stroller to face backwards. It clips into any vehicle, no base needed, can go in an Uber etc. She's sitting well enough now that she can sit forward facing in the stroller, which adjust the back angle from all the way flat to fully upright. So, we don't need the car seat if we don't want to take it out of the car with us. We will use this stroller until she's 5+ or whenever she stops wanting to sit in it. It's durable, packable and idk why anyone overcomplicates their lives by getting multiple strollers.
r/NewParents • What kind of/how many strollers do people have? ->Doona’a are very heavy. I recommended Nuna Urbn with Trvl stroller combo. Lightweight, safe and sturdy.
r/BabyBumps • stroller + car seat recs? esp. Nuna or Doona - FTM feeling overwhelmed ->I don't get the UppaBaby hype. I think its an ugly stroller and you need a special pillow attachment just to use it for a young infant or the bassinet attachment, which all costs extra ontop of an already expensive stroller. The car seat is super heavy and not great either I hear. I did buy a similar top of the line/expensive travel system but loved it and thought it was well worth it. No need to spend extra for a infant pillow. It can be used from a newborn and the car seat is super nice and one of the lightest seats on the market. Highly recommend any of the Nuna travel systems. We had the Pipa and Mixx stroller.
r/Mommit • stroller recommendations ->I’m due in July and plan to travel and spend time in both urban and suburban environments. I also have a compact car. I got the Nuna TRVL lx and pipa urbn, both great for travel. The only considerations are that the stroller doesn’t have a bassinet attachment and a parent facing option. Not a huge deal for me initially but I had an insomnia / pre tariff price increase freak out purchase where I also ended up buying a full size stroller, Cybex Balios S Lux 2 Stroller + Cot S Lux 2 Bundle, from Albee baby which was heavily discounted because the color way was discontinued. So now I have two 😅 but no regrets!
