"What I love most about the Metro+ is the extendable handlebar and the design without a straight-across rear axel. ... If you or your partner are tall, or just ever have issues kicking the stroller when you walk, you will definitely have those issues at Disney, especially when you walk quickly, and this is the only travel stroller I’ve tried that makes it so I can’t kick the stroller."
"has extendable handle. As a tall person, this is the best bit."
"I got the Nuna Mixx Next stroller, which is the tallest stroller available to try at our local retailer, and the only one tall enough for my 6'4" husband. ... One click down was tall enough for me at 5'10", which was about the same height as the tallest setting on the uppababy."

"I am a .om to 4, and we have used a Nuna Triv for 3 kids, and we still love it."
"We’ve abused ours across 5 countries in 4 months and it doesn’t have a scratch on it. The quality is great."
"is really quite heavy duty so you can treat it as your daily as well as your travel stroller ... it holds up with daily use! ... still going strong as a daily with kid #2"

"it was just a quick connect from stroller to car base. Extremely easy and love it so far."
"I find it most convenient to be able to snap the car seat directly into the stroller. Especially with a sleeping baby! If they pass out on the 5 minute drive to the doctor I don’t have to wake him up until it’s necessary."
"I actually did my first sit down in a coffee shop and enjoy an ice cream while she sleeps in the car seat-stroller (transferred and didn’t wake up) ever two weekends ago- it was bliss!!"

"We've used it over brick/smooth cobblestone/grass/snow with no problem already."
"the suspension is probably the best overall against the competition"
"It immediately became clear that Bugaboo’s product was far superior when it came to shocks/ensuring a smooth ride."

"We've traveled across the country with it twice. ... It folds up at gate for gate check, no problem."
"we took it on a 20 hour flight across the world. It's great if you have one kid and plan to travel."

"Me too. And I use Apple Airpods. $$$$$"
"$179 is pretty nuts. ... As long as people keep buying them and paying the esports tax, they're gonna keep selling them at this crazy price. ... The G305 feels really similar, but at 1/3 the price. ... I don't truely understand why the G pro light is all the rage. ... I used a G pro for a week, and while it did feel very smooth and responsive, I also had a G305 that felt very similar."
"overpriced and don't ever prove the price difference in sound over the az100."

"and took up my whole SUV trunk."
"It’s massive ... It takes up the whole trunk of my large SUV. ... It’s heavy"
"The mix is heavy, bulky, and doesn't fold/unfold easily."

"That's fine if you're only ever using it for around the neighborhood, but if you plan to bring your stroller in the car with you (or god forbid take it up and down stairs) it's a pain."
"It’s big and heavy and I sure didn’t want to be lugging that in and out of our car."
"The mix is heavy, bulky, and doesn't fold/unfold easily."

"The Nuna Pipa Urbn is great but it is an infant seat that your baby could potentially be grown out of before they reach 6 months. ... my little one is 5 months and definitely doesn’t fit in it now so we’re having to get a convertible seat. ... It only goes up to 28lbs or 23 inches height (something along those lines), whichever comes first ... ultimately you’ll need a convertible seat at some point around 5-6 months, depending on how quickly your LO grows."

"The Nuna was great if you're on a smooth sidewalk or something ... Joggers are just better with different terrain"
"not good on snow"
"The only thing that has stopped it is sand."
I got the Burley Honey Bee for running! It’s been great, and we can attach it to the bike. It doesn’t have a hand break, but I haven’t needed one. Baby does have to meet size minimums to use it, but it by far gets more use than any other stroller I’ve had. For family outings I love my Nuna! I was cheap and started with a Baby Trend Travel System and the stroller broke before I had my second, the car seat started deteriorating with my first and broke with my second:/ whatever you do I wouldn’t cheap out, you’ll pay more in the long run.
r/BabyBumps • How did you choose a stroller and car seat? ->We had a Nuna that was good, but then I rented a Bob jogger on vacation and fell in love with it. I ended up buying a Thule Jogger which is going strong with kid number 2, but the Bob is a great choice too. Joggers are just better with different terrain, hop curbs easy, and are simple. The Nuna was great if you're on a smooth sidewalk or something and had too many plastic parts
r/BuyItForLife • Stroller Recommendations ->As a note, I’ve checked my Mixx Next at least 40 times and it’s been fine. I’ve also taken the stroller on hiking trails. The only thing that has stopped it is sand.
r/Buyingforbaby • Do I really need a travel stroller? Or would you gate check your Nuna Mixx Next? ->I’ve gate checked my mixx literally 40 times and it’s fine. It’s also great to haul all of your airport crap. I travel extensively and the travel system comes with and it’s not an issue.
r/Buyingforbaby • Do I really need a travel stroller? Or would you gate check your Nuna Mixx Next? ->I’ve always gate-checked it folded up. I do use a bag when I check my car seat though.
r/Buyingforbaby • Do I really need a travel stroller? Or would you gate check your Nuna Mixx Next? ->We tested them all out this weekend and went with the swiv! Essentially paying for the triv but with 360 wheels which will be good for us in a city and tight spaces (plus comes with a few extra accessories). It felt much lighter and less bulky than the Mixx to us and we both have sedans so we needed something that I can easily pop into our trunks. We were also thinking of my mom who will watch baby and what she’d be able to easily lift and use.
r/BabyBumps • Choosing the best stroller, what do you wish you'd known earlier? ->Joolz aer 2 and Nuna pipa URBN are what I’m doing for my nyc baby. This combo is most versatile for travel etc.
r/Buyingforbaby • Need recommendations for infant car seat and stroller combos! ->Also due in April and have had the luxury of pushing a lot of strollers as a nanny! We went with the vista v3 as our workhorse stroller (will use every day for dog walks and occasionally put it in the car for big stroller days, like going to the fair or something like that), the Nuna travel stroller as our car/travel stroller, and the Nuna pipa for our infant seat (attaches to the travel without an adapter). Were covered for walks from infant (with the bassinet or the car seat) through and don’t have to lug the vista in the car every time. It truly is so life dependent though. I’ll be a SAHM so most of my life is at home with our dog. If you go on tons of walks and need something more durable, a big stroller might be worth the investment. I will say I did nanny for a family and our daily stroller was the silver cross jet, which is fantastic, but the wheels wore down much quicker than a big stroller and baby had to be 6 months before we could use it. There are tons of second hand V2 on MP, but there’s also tons of travel strollers on there too!
r/BabyBumps • Travel stroller system to rule them all? ->We also have the Nuna Mixx and love it. We did the travel system with the Pipa car seat and it was so convenient. We now use a Bugaboo Butterfly for most errands/traveling since it’s smaller and easier to manoeuvre, but its wheels aren’t as sturdy as the Mixx.
r/BabyBumps • Choosing the best stroller, what do you wish you'd known earlier? ->Likewise, have traveled for a total of over 3 weeks since my baby was 5 months old. It’s a great travel system with the nuna urban and great standalone stroller
r/Buyingforbaby • Best reclining travel stroller? ->Nuna Mixx Next. Has a Nuna car seat adapter for infants. (Don’t bother buying a bassinet, you’ll need it for like no time at all.) Holds kids up to 50lbs (we still use it occasionally and my son is 3). Folds up smaller than the Uppababy Vista. Cons: it’s heavy (almost 30 lbs) but I mean it’s a full size stroller. We have 7 stairs so we make it work. It also doesn’t convert for two kids like the Vista does, but we’re one and done so that works for us. It also doesn’t have a child cup or snack holder like the Vista does. BUT the suspension is killer, we love how small it folds up, and it’s held up great with pretty rough use for three years now.
r/AskChicago • Parents of Chicago - what strollers do you swear by for walking these bumpy sidewalks ? ->Thanks, I’m leaning towards Hub 2 or Aer+. With Hub 2 - does the clek liing car seat fit securely in the adapter/stroller? And is the handlebar wobbly at all? I can’t seem to find a place that I can see in person - sorry for all the questions! I tried the nuna strollers at nordstrom and the handlebars kept making clicky sounds and were wobbly.
r/BabyBumps • stroller + car seat recs? esp. Nuna or Doona - FTM feeling overwhelmed ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
