We got a Peg Perego Agio Z4 travel system! It's comparable features and price point-wise with the Vista, but when I tried them both out in the store, I liked how much lighter the Agio was and that it's made in Italy. I was also told that they have great customer service and warranty.

First, I decided to go straight to convertible car seat. I never liked the idea of carrying baby in the bucket seat. My stroller is the peg perego agio z4. Same quality as UB and several advantages, fewer lbs, smaller footprint, smaller fold, and as a double both seats max at 50 lbs. I wanted a sleep safe bassinet so we could walk and shop w baby as long as possible. In the winter it was easy to keep him warm too. Also the bassinet was so useful around the house to put baby down in any room safely. Other key points, telescoping handles are always better. And if you get a single/travel stroller it should have a lay flat seat. Not only is it better for newborns and sleeping babies in general, but it makes on the go diaper changes SO much easier.

I got the Peg Perego Aigo Z4 travel system (also available as a Ypsi). I tested it side by side with an UPPAbaby. The Aigo is lighter (16lbs), slimmer when folded, and easier to handle. It has a wide array of conversations that suit growing families. We looked at some cheaper options and found them to be super bulky (some were like 22lbs) and not maneuverable enough; also, Target doesn't really let customers really test out strollers, so it made the shopping experience a little more difficult. The Peg Perego Z4 had a better warranty, better adjustability (I'm 6'3 and the telescoping handle bar is awesome) and really, we wanted a stroller that we could handle with a wriggling baby in one arm. The Peg Perego was where we landed. And I will advocate that it's better than the UPPAbaby in every metric (aside from name recognition). I got a stroller that I could use for the 1st kid, and here’s to hoping it will be good to work on through the 3rd kid.

The peg Perego city loop looks promising! I don’t have it but We have the peg Perego z4 and the quality is great but city loop looks really compact but still sturdy. Might have gotten this if it was available!

Peg Perego YPSI or z4 might work as a full size stroller but they sell a nice travel bag for it. You can get a ride along board (you can also make it a double but that doesn’t really sound worth getting the extra seat for your trip). It’s good on different terrains. Alternatively could you just bring a stroller for one and baby wear the 1 year old when the older child wants to ride? It doesn’t seem like she would want to be in it a lot of the time. Something more compact that might work well is the ergo baby metro or the joie nutmeg. (Or maybe 2 of these?) Bump rider does make one that can be used as two separate singles and connected into a double but the wheels don’t look like they’d be great for cobblestone.

Nuna pipa rx for car seat (it seemed to be the best combination of safe but not super heavy). and agio z4 stroller (it’s similar to uppa baby but lighter and has better configuration options and made in Italy). The wheels are big enough to handle most terrain pretty well and you can get off road wheels to swap out too (we never did this just would baby wear if we really went rogue haha) The stroller extends quite a bit but you can also get extra handlebar extenders for really tall people. There’s a converter that allows the car seat to work with the stroller but mainly used the bassinet since it’s safer for long walks. The peg Perego car seat is really safe and would work without a converter but seemed really heavy. The peg Perego YPSI stroller is the same with different finishes but a bit cheaper and easier to find on sale. My second choice would be the bugaboo fox (or maybe now the kangaroo) but it didn’t seem to fold as nicely for the car.

We have the agio z4, it has car seats that click into the stroller in every configuration you can think of. And into the bases in the car. It also comes with seats so they can sit in stroller when they are older up to 50lbs, the mockingbird doesn’t do that. We like to do long trips at zoo or festival so I want the kids to be able to sit if needed until they are really old enough to walk a long time. I love how easy the base folds up, the car seats come with the extra load arm that goes to the floor, very safe. This is the only stroller that had everything we wanted. It’s expensive, my dad helped. But we will have this set for so many years and the resale on the base and seats is really high

I thought I was hardcore with my three strollers 😂 I have a Bugaboo Bee 6, a Peg Perego Ypsi Agio Z4, and a cheap three wheel Walmart one for taking him in the field (we walk the dogs on 100 acres). I got the Peg Perego used and the Bee on sale. The Peg Perego is my fave tho, so easy to fold and pushes very nicely. I love pushing that thing around the mall

My suggestion if you can is go to a store and try them out. My partner and I were pretty set on a cybex travel system but on trying them out we ended up with a per perego as the fold mechanism and swapping components was more intuitive for us. We also got the isofix base for each car we have and once baby has outgrown the car seat we can just but the next seat without the base that is suitable for bigger children.
