Hey! I did end up purchasing. I got an open box deal from the Valco Facebook page, honestly could not tell you if my model is 2024 or 2025 but the recline is damn near flat. I only wanted it as flat as possible for the newborn stage but it will also be nice for toddler naps. I really like the stroller and we paid closer to $550 for basically a brand new one open box as opposed to $750 from their website!

I ended up selling my valco trend duo and buying it too. Still hasn’t shipped either. The valco is great but i found it very annoying to open and close, it would tip over a lot too. I think the bombi is going to be much better

I was in between these two strollers and went with the valco trend duo and I’m obsessed with it! Light weight like nuna, easy fold, great push. I would recommend looking into it.

Food for thought...we went with a valco baby duo which is a little lighter than the nuna. I love that it folds inwards so the seat is kept clean when you toss it into your trunk, and also love that the seat reclines fully flat so can be used from birth without a car seat

I LOVE my Valco! I have the standard wheels and have never had an issue (the stroller doesn’t do great on gravel but that’s my only issue and we aren’t on gravel enough for me to worry about upgrading the wheels). It’s a full size and full feature stroller and it handles as such, even though it’s light - it’s not a “lightweight” category stroller like the Zoe. And while the Zoe is probably the nicest of the lightweight strollers (I like it better than the Nuna Trvl Double or the Baby Jogger City Tour double, haven’t gotten to check out the Uppababy Minu double yet) it still drives and handles like a lightweight/travel stroller. I wouldn’t want it to be my daily use stroller. I used my Valco *heavily* every day for like 3 years and can’t say enough good things. I have no complaints except that it’s annoying to clean the seats. It’s stood up to hundreds (thousands?) of miles of walks and 30+ flights. It’s mostly retired as we’re down to one regular stroller rider but we brought it to Disney this year and my almost-5yos still fit in it comfortably to rest during long park days. Pretty sure it was one of my best twin purchases, definitely one of the most used and loved!

A little late to the party. I happened to stumbled upon this post in a separate Google search. For context, I have two kids under 3 years old. I previously bought a used 2019 Valco baby snap duo trend (SDT), and ended up with a Uppababy Minu Duo after using my sister's during a disney trip. In my opnion, if Bugaboo created a side by side version of the butterfly, I would get that in a heartbeat. We used a bugaboo butterfly with our oldest for the longest time and I have no cons for it. I love that stroller. Some pros for the Valco baby: 1. The overhead covers on the SDT was expansive. Really felt like it covered our boys well and was comfortable solely using the covering for their naps on the go. 2. Basket felt slightly larger 3. The seats feel slightly wider 4. The belly bars come with the stroller saving some costs Cons for Valco baby: 1. Really not a big fan of the belt clips. You have to hook side belt to the top click and then click in. I never got the hang of it 2. Adjusting the seat was frustrating to deal with at times Pros for uppababy: 1. Seat clips are better than the SDT, but not as great as the bugaboo butterfly. Manageable though 2. Fabric feels great, felt better than SDT 3. Adjusting incline of the seat is much easier to use 4. Adjusting the shoulder height of the belt is easier 5. Lock and go mechanism doesn't dirty your shoes ;) Cons: 1. Seats feel slightly narrower 2. Overhead cover not as expansive 3. Need to purchase a lot of accessories (if desired). We don't really use a belly bar, so not really a con for us to just want to call this out It's possible my SDT was slightly defective, and the fact I'm comparing a used/older SDT to a new minu duo isn't totally fair. However, from what I understand, I don't believe much of the model has changed from 2019 to now for the SDT. I sold the SDT and paid an extra $200 to purchase the minu duo. I felt like it was worth it. We really enjoy our minu duo trend. Hope this helps in your decision making. Feel free to DM if you have any further questions.

Valco Snap Duo. Side by side that fits through the vast majority of doorways (it's narrower then a standard wheelchair) but it only weighs 26lbs. Honestly it's my daily driver but would be awesome for travel as well (I pretty much fully abandoned my vista after I got it)

We got a cybex gazelle on marketplace (similar to the uppababy), but we only use it for carseats and the occasional "narrow" outing. I call it "the bus". For day to day walks, we prefer our Valco Duo Trend. Easier to fold up with seats, more maneuverable, and easier to get the babies into. But I know another twin mom who mostly uses the Vista... so I think it's really a lifestyle question

Valco duo! It’s very similar to the zoe but nicer materials and much better wheel suspension. We use it as our daily stroller and airplane/travel stroller. One hand fold, fits through doorways, has a carry strap, pushes on uneven terrain, and only a couple pounds heavier than the Zoe

Get the Valco duo. Very similar specs to Zoe twin with much better materials, including wheel suspension! It is both our travel stroller (we have gate checked it no problem) and daily stroller. Pushes great on gravel / grass (obviously it wouldn’t beat a double bob in that category…but will definitely beat Zoe). It’s an Australian brand, I wish it were more well known in the states! We got the Valco duo after our vista v2, quality is very similar. We have an almost 4YO and an almost 2YO!
