Do you need a stroller? Have you thought about baby wearing? Does your baby like the stroller now? My baby hated the stroller until she could sit up and baby wearing was so much easier. Edit to add that I saw someone else mention the zoe traveler, which I have as our second stroller and really like. I didn't realize it was recommended for 3+ months. I'm guessing you are supposed to use it with the seat all the way reclined at 3 months?

Definitely look into the Zoe or the Baby Jogger Citi mini (not sure where you’re located but I can easily find a used double Baby Jogger in my area) Wagons aren’t worth flying with because most airlines won’t count it as a stroller and won’t gate check it for you, and will charge you for it as well. I also highly suggest bringing the baby carrier with you as well.

We borrowed the Zoe traveler from a friend of ours, main reason it being a 60lbs max weight bearing capacity in case my bigger twin (40lb at the moment) wants to hop in when tired. I think it fits in an overhead but don’t take my word for it as we gate checked it so I’m not 100% sure. In a group I’m in a lot also liked the Bugaboo Butterly or the Jools Aer.

That will be a nightmare. I would see about getting a Zoe traveler; it’s so lightweight and folds up small but is an amazingly sturdy-we used it on a 5 night on the Destiny and it was perfect.

We have the Zoe Traveler and its amazing. It’s as sturdy as normal everyday stroller but folds up to the size of a carry on bag and weighs like 11 lbs. We take it on every trip. It went under the bed with our four other suitcases no problem. I already knew we liked the brand because we have the double, but this tops it just for convenience and size.

I used the Zoe traveler stroller for my oldest several places in Europe. I could push it down plane aisles and it fit in the overhead bin. It held up really well and I never had issues with it.

r/BuyingforbabyDo I really need a travel stroller? Or would you gate check your Nuna Mixx Next?

I have the Nuna mixx and a 6 month old. I just had this exact debate. We have 2 flights in the next month. I’m not gate checking my mixx next bc I’m afraid of it breaking. For the first flight I’m brining the pipa rx in a bag strapped to my back bc baby has his own seat on the plane and gate checking a cheap stroller I got for free off Facebook. I don’t even know what it is other than it’s a graco but it’s not car seat compatible. For my second trip I bought the Zoe traveler. Haven’t gotten it delivered yet but I’m looking forward to it. It fits in the overhead but isn’t car seat compatible. The tour is tho which is slightly bigger. We’re not brining the car seat on that flight and baby is big enough to sit in the stroller itself now. Plan is for the Zoe traveler to become a grandparent stroller in the future since it’s lighter than the mixx next

Zoe Traveler or Tour! We have a v1 Tour and it fit great on the ship. The Traveler is a little more compact. Both are good prices for what you get.

Zoe Traveler is slept on. It’s just not a super popular brand (at least where I live in the US) but it’s my everyday as well as travel stroller.

Yes! It has a little slider you can adjust on the back of the seat for laying down vs upright. My 9 mo old loves naps in there, too

We got the Chicco Bravo Primo off FBMP because it was the travel system that went with our carseat. It was very big and clunky and looking back, wish we would have gone with the Mockingbird or Zoe Tour v2 — something that was lighter but still compatible with the carseat to make a travel system. We also recieved the Zoe Traveller off our registry and I love that so much I ended up getting an old Zoe Tour v1 off FBMP for our main stroller now and will probably stick with that brand going forward. It is light weight, compact, and easy to fold/unfold and push one handed. I am a big advocate for buying second hand (FBMP, consignment sales/shops, etc.) it is so much cheaper and there are a ton of lightly used baby items out there!

Came to suggest the Zoe traveler. Our very large 3.5yo napped like a champ in this stroller earlier this year at WDW. And it’s super easy to push and fold down in a jiffy.

r/MommitLooking for recs for travel stroller with upright seat - 90 degrees if possible
8 months ago

I have it. It doesn't go up to 90 degrees, but it goes up pretty close. My kid also hated reclining, always wanted to sit up, and this stroller worked for us. The other nice thing about it - which is hard to describe but I'll try - is the back isn't super structured in place. So if the baby sits straight up while strapped in, she'll pull the seat up with her. So essentially it doesn't hold the baby back and instead allows the baby to sit up completely, if she wants. This worked great for my curious kid.

I had the Zoe and liked it a lot. The wheels were sort of flimsy for cobblestones though, which was a challenge for European travel. It held up well though. We just had to carry it for some segments of walking.
