"I really liked the Zoe twin but the fact that it folds with the seats facing the outside ended up being a deal breaker for me. ... The Valco folds with the seats facing the inside, so I figure they’ll stay cleaner since they won’t come into contact with the floor/ground/dirty surfaces, etc."

I have the Zoe twin and I LOVE it. Mine are 18 months apart. The only thing is that I wish I could front face my baby sometimes, but they do have flaps you can see in the stroller. They also have car seat adapters for I think Chicco and Graco? I also have the Evenflo Pivot Xpand tandem stroller and it’s bulky and harder to navigate than the Zoe. I’ll be flying with the Zoe for the first time today. It’s also nice that it fits through standard doorways.

What model Zoe do you have? The Zoe Twin v2's rating was revised to 60 lbs. That's what we're bringing to Disney soon. I agree that I'd rather have one adult pushing a stroller than requiring 2, especially when one or both kids may hop out of it at times.

A nicer umbrella stroller is $60 and you’re not going to use it once. You can put it in your car and use it while you’re home. If you’re flying, it is way easier in the airport. We have the Vista, Zoe Twin and TWO umbrella strollers. We just bought that second one for our upcoming cruise. Depending on our situation, sometimes the umbrella strollers get the most use.

I ended up not needing to buy a stroller. But based on my research and reading/watching reviews, it was a tie between the Valco slim and the Zoe. However, I ultimately would’ve gone with the Valco slim. I really liked the Zoe twin but the fact that it folds with the seats facing the outside ended up being a deal breaker for me. The Valco folds with the seats facing the inside, so I figure they’ll stay cleaner since they won’t come into contact with the floor/ground/dirty surfaces, etc.

You just need a double stroller that’s newborn compatible. The Zoe twin is a really popular double stroller and you can get a car seat adapter for it. https://zoebaby.com/collections/twin-and-car-seat-adapters

Definitely get a double side by side. I started with the vista and it was good for my two that were 21 months apart when the youngest was still in a car seat but I really didn’t like it as a double. It’s hard to navigate and a huge pain to fold up/store in the car. I got the Zoe twin plus side by side and it was my go to until baby #3 came along. The only thing I liked more about the vista was the cargo room underneath and the material of the seats. I’ve heard good things about the baby jogger side by sides also.

Zoe Twin is a fantastic double stroller that’s easy to push and navigate and folds up for storage. Myself and other friends have gotten rid of our Uppababy strollers and replaced them with this one.

We use the Zoe twin for our travel stroller. We got the upgraded wheels and travel bag for gate checking. I also went ahead and got the hand rail storage bag and snack bar. We got it off a resell site. Flown twice with it so far and have gate checked it and folded up into rental cars. It's gone pretty good! It's not as lux as our donkey bugaboo, but it gets the job done. For Europe, I can't speak to though.
