Im using a Gigabyte G34WQC2. 34in, 1500R, 300nits max (sad), 200hz refresh rate using DP, VA panel. The feature I like the most is yung PBP capability. I have 2 jobs in diff laptops na napapagsabay kong makita in the same monitor side by side. Pwede namang side-by-side yung laptops pero i like it within the same monitor kasi keymap switch lang sa mouse and keyboard, i can switch between the two. Plus, maganda yung stand niya. You could adjust the height and swivel the monitor to the left/right. Colors are also nice. My macbook's screen is still better but it's close. May speakers din kaya okay for me pag tinatamad ako magsaksak ng headphones. Dont expect however na maganda yung tunog. I just wish may usb outlet (with power) siya. Edit: a bit higher than your budget pero nakuha ko yung sakin for 18k in Shapi. Some stores price it lower. Just take note na may G34WQC and G34WQC2
r/PHbuildapc • Need help: Monitor recommendation Ultrawide - 27 to 32 " ->It’s amazing for gaming. Don’t listen to haters who don’t actually own or use them. I’ve owned a Gigabyte WQC34 curved 34” monitor and it was great. I upgraded to a Samsung G9 49” monitor and it is AMAZING. I love how immersive it is, how much real-estate I get, and the overall experience. Absolutely no drawbacks except needing a beefy GPU for 5120x1440. There are no games I play that can’t do 5120x1440, except PoE2. Then, it’s just like running a 34” widescreen instead. But every other game plays at native 5120x1440 and looks amazing. Highly recommended.

I had a Gigabyte 34in ultra wide curved monitor, and the colors were almost as accurate as the LG panel that I used before that. But with the affordability of OLED panels getting cheaper and cheaper in the 34-in ultrawide department, it's either go that or go home now.
