LG - 34WP75C-B

I'm rocking LG UltraWide 34WP75CP-B, just install Rectangle for better experience.

I just got LG 34WP75 yesterday and the text is really blurry on both Mac and Windows compared to 4K monitors, both 43" Samsung TV and two other LG 27 inch 4k monitor is much much much sharper than this curve monitor, accessed by my me and wife and its obvious. I am so regret didn't trust some people say its blurry and now another electonic trash raised (no such "no reason return" policy in my country)

I've been using my VA panel LG 34" Ultrawide 3440x1440 160Hz for years now. I love it. Granted, I am soon getting a 32" 4k OLED, so I'll experience OLED for the first time. But I can firmly say that the $560 I spent on my LG has been well wellll worth it. (AUD)

Love to hear what people experience with Text Christmas on these monitors. I have an LG 34 inch curved monitor and the text is not very crisp and I find it distracting. Anybody able to compare it to a max studio display or one of the other similar ones that have 220 dpi

I just bought the LG OLED 5K2K 45” ultrawide. I think there’s a 34” version? My last LG 34” 1440p ultrawide was great too. My last 4 monitors have been LG and they’ve been great.

Using LG 34" UWQHD at 3440x1440 (Default) 85 Hz on M1 Mac Mini. HDR off. Great picture at a usable size. I did just switch to a USB C to Display Port and am now at 100 Hz. Small improvement.

I have neither of those monitors. I use a old LG 3440x1440 34". That only has 108ppi resolution while the mentioned 5k2k displays have 140ppi. However, MacOS has scaling problems with everything that is not "retina" resolution, so everything below ~200ppi. I find the text to be a bit blurrier on non-Apple displays compared to Windows. But you get used to it. Also the built-in window management is complicated, sluggish and not really suitable for ultrawide monitors, you'll want additional software like Better Touch Tool or Rectangle.

I went from a 34" curved LG ultrawide to a 55" TV. I like the TV way better, but I think a 49" ultrawide monitor would work even better because then my 24" DDU that I have above my TV would be lower and could be more easily seen. Of course a 57" ultrawide monitor would be even better. Lol.
