Not the one on your list but have had this one about 10 months with zero issues. HDR 1000 but no sound and about 500 bucks cheaper (mine was about 700 bucks cheaper than the linked). Enough for an amazeballs sound system. Just amazing for every Use I have put it to. The rear illumination is not multi point. Sort of vertical bands you can see in some really dark screens. but I never even notice unless the screen is all black anyway. Nothing I wanted to spend 700 bucks to get rid of. Movies look amazing. Not Sony oled amazing but very, very nice. And no bugs at all like the samsungs seem to have. https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-49gr85dc-b-gaming-monitor

Not sure about the stand as I only had it on there to test the fit on my desk - the feet of the stand are absolutely massive and took up damn near my whole desk I ended up going with this and I couldn’t be happier with its ability to move around https://a.co/d/fxeeU9B

It’s really small and compact at the base - it’s worth a measure at least, plus, there are many other arms that support that size monitor I apologize, I have the 49” model ( LG 49GR85DC-B ) Here are the specs (including height adjustment) The LG 49GR85DC-B monitor has the following adjustment specs: Height: Can be adjusted up to 4.3 in (110 mm) Tilt: Can be tilted from -5 to 15 degrees Swivel: Can be swiveled from -15 to 15 degrees Mounting-hole pattern: 100 x 100 mm Lock slot: No Dimensions: 46.1 x 23 x 15.5 in (1170.9 x 584.2 x 393.7 mm) with stand, 46.1 x 14.7 x 9.3 in (1170.9 x 373.4 x 236.2 mm) without stand Weight: 32.5 lb (14.7 kg) with stand, 26.5 lb (12.0 kg) without stand

Cordialement

Hey, still no complaints really, the only downside is that the power supply for the monitor isn't on the power cable as a brick like most screens, it is actually built into the back of the screen itself so it's heavier than alternatives, but I have the expensive flagship monitor arm so it's not a problem.

Oh also the dimming zones are terrible and unusable, I turned that feature off immediately, if that bothers you definitely don't pay full price, I got a good deal last BF.

Have the 49” LG. It is an excellent productivity monitor and the 1000R curve is a must have.

Using the LG 49GR85DC for productivity right now. Absolutely the best choice I can imagine. It’s amazing! VA panel is fine for work, and the larger curve really removes distortion at the far edges. In budget too!

I've had an Ultrawide. Super Ultrawide completely changed my game. I’m still planning to add two extra 27-inch monitors on the sides for better peripheral vision, but the setup is already great. Also, Redditors convinced me to get the more curved LG UltraGear 49GR85DC 1000R monitor, and I’m very happy with it. I highly recommend that you get the same LG monitor. https://preview.redd.it/7vg97xg15xoe1.jpeg?width=4000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a2db37263fed72fc1afaa8aa5f215c3348855825

The cheapest 32:9 monitors are the 49" non-OLED monitors. Samsung Odyssey and LG UltraGear. They are $749-799 USD. You may be able to find them cheaper on sale, or open box. There are also some cheaper brands that probably use the same panel (manufactured by Samsung or LG). In the US these brands are AOC and Westinghouse. There are probably different ones in Europe. The OLED 49" monitors start at about $100 more, $849. Such as the MSI MPG. They all should have Picture-by-Picture and a KVM switch, but you might want to double check.

Yeah I got a 49" 5100x1440 monitor. Its good in some ways but not the best thing ever tbh. Main issue is RL fits to the width, so you lose top and bottom visibility. The icons (boost meter/score etc) are correctly placed Replays default to 16:9 but are also fitted to the width of your screen, meaning the sky and half your car is cut off. Car feels much faster too. My car feels super slow when I switch to a 16:9 window. *

I have an LG UltraGear 49" 5120x1440 monitor that I used with an M1 for a while and never noticed an issue with text. I edited video on it for several months before I moved to Black Magic Resolve on my gaming PC. Only thing I can think is play with the scaling a bit to find what suits your visual preference. Maybe those complaining have the scaling set to high or something.

Don't get an OLED, as good as it is for gaming and movies it is bad to read texts on. Samsung odyssey g9 or lg UW dual qhd, both are great

I miss mine, to an extent. The second they release this monitor with a 1000r curve screen I'm ditching my LG ultragear 21:9 for it.

Been an avid 21:9 user for like 4yrs and can't go back, only drawback is that I'm still in the OG 3440x1440 group and want a bit more crispiness to the text (OLED) and a smidge more screen real-estate. So far I've had the LG UltraGear, the Alienware one, then the Samsung G8 (current). Been eyeing a 5k 2k for a long time and curious to hear other reviews (if I get sent one LG, I will deep dive so hard into the things that I look for in a panel so be warned lol). OLED brightness, HDR, VRR, color banding are things that are very important to nail so praying ya'll nailed it. I used a Dell 32:9 (forget the model) and returned it within a week. Tried to make it work, but didn't like that it's a huge performance hit for the added peripheral you technically never use and for normal day to day, hurts my neck moving windows around. And thats before I get into getting games to do 32:9 was a nightmare vs 21:9. So sweet spot if you're a gamer imho is 21:9 -- perfect FOV to performance for modern mid-high end+ GPU's.
