Based on 1 year's data from Feb 15, 2026 How it works
picked one up last week just noticed i have a stuck pixel tried to fix it be nothing seems to work so have to go through the pain of sending it back now. other than that loved it
I just got it and I am already in love with it.
I just get the same 2 week ago... wonderfull monitor. Unless you pay like 300dls more, you aren't gonna be able to find something really better. This is a new beast.
I have an MSI MEG 324C QD OLED 34” as my main monitor (21:9 1440p), and a MAG 342CQRV on top of that. Both are curved so no other orientation makes much sense, at least I couldn’t come up with one that worked for me. I love the OLED and I’m religiously keeping up with the Pixel Care routine every 4 hours, which is a prime opportunity to take at least One break a day. I also have 2 cheap Dell office monitors on the side, one vertical, one horizontal.
I got the MSI MAG34(something something) in around 2020 as a good budget option and it's still going strong, not had any issues at all.
In short. For me in my case no. I have both. An older MSI 34 VA 3440x1440 curved which I used to game on and bought a LG C2 42 Oled 2 years ago. Never would go back to the MSI for gaming. I just use it to work from home and slip it on the side whenever I want to start a Game. I know the MSI is not on oled but I love the size and the screen so much more on the LG. Plus the LG can do Ultrawide also which I use here and there for demanding titles and just because of better frames. If you can go 4K and have the hardware to do so then I would go 16:9. I don't miss the ultrawide and the 21:9 ratio at all.
I've already ordered the MSI MAG 34-inch monitor. Which one did you get — the MSI MAG or the LG?
Looks nice, I also have an MSI monitor but a curved 34UW. Works and looks great!
I have an msi 34 inch ultrawide. Both gaming and work. I see no issues here
3440x1440 is something else been using my new msi one for 6 months now and it’s amazing. Got it for about 400$ but I am temped to get a OLED one at some point.
