you can go with ASUS ROG Strix XG349C. Has the same panel as the LG34 (Nano IPS) and is also OC to 180hz at 8 bit colour and 10 bit colour at stock 144hz. In the UK its on sale on Amazon for £700. I had it for a couple days and liked it.

Check out the Asus XG349C. 34” ultrawide, 180hz, hdr 400, gsync compatible, IPS screen. Seems to only be available on Amazon right now for $699, but has been going on clearance for as low as $299 over the last few months. I actually have one arriving tomorrow that I got from Newegg for $399 (they don’t appear to be restocking unfortunately).

Hey there I used LG 34WQ73A-B with 60W delivery for the past 5 years and just recently upgraded to Asus XG349C. I can’t recommend the LG monitor enough. It’s currently 399 on Amazon with the 90W delivery option. It has checks all the boxes on the your list. The only reason why I upgraded to the Asus was for the 180HZ for PC gaming as the LG was 60hz only. In terms of screen sharing, I just share the window the team needs to see instead of the whole screen.

I’m considering a new ultra wide and I CANNOT stand OLED due to burn in so I’m ending up going with a ROG Strix 34 inch. It recently went on sale for just $200 compared to the Amazon $600 price tag so.

I got both the strix and the Rog ultrawide, both are equally as amazing but I pretty much only use my ultrawide for games. Everything else like YouTube and movies I watch on the strix

I would really advise everyone to play star Citizen on the Samsung Odyssee G9 32/9 OLED! I am playing in 32/9 for 2 years now and before i had the Asus ROG 21/9 for 4 Years. Never had any issues playing hhis or any other game! Working on a lil stronger system tbf ROG 4080Super / 7800x3D / 64gb CL32 DDR5 RAM in Lorville i have around 50ish FPS with clouds on High and in spaceflight 120-140 FPS

The Asus rog is a way better monitor than those ultrawides you selected. I had both the Asus , the Xiaomi and now an G8 ultrawide OLED. In picture quality and response time , the Asus was closer to the OLED than to the Xiaomi. So I would say , yes ultrawide is worth it, but don't cheap out on your choice.
