The Yoohi is a generic unbranded product drop shipped most likely. Usually these machine have virtually no warranty service or replacement filters avaliable. Basically e-waste and I don't recommend these generic things for that reason. As for a decent dustbuster for vacuuming up loose debris here and there, really any midrange dustbuster should do. The black and decker ones are still pretty solid little handhelds imo. The CHV1410L is a popular and nicely equipped option. Has pretty good suction for a handheld, built in tools, large capacity, decent runtime. And it's well under budget.

That dustbuster has an extremely thin filter material, it's going to blow a lot of dust back into the air. What surfaces are you trying to clean?

I had the 16v, great vacuum but I would get the 20v

They do. The good one, though, has a charger that sits on a surface and the vac sits on top. Kinda cute, though less practical than a wall mount

I got the little $50 black and decker handheld one off amazon and it's been a game changer for my house

We have this rubber broom that we got for like, $10 and a Black+Decker cordless handheld vacuum that's not too loud for our own lops. We rake the carpet with the rubber broom to gather pet fur in one area and use the little vacuum to clean it up.

Black and Decker, Dust Buster. A bit big, but works for getting the grounds on the counter and floor. Also for general kitchen small vac jobs, like when seeds are spilled on the floor, etc.

The Dyson one is really powerful but also quite expensive. The black and decker dustbuster is pretty solid and costs less than $50

I have a super basic Black and Decker Dust buster cordless hand vac. I love it. Actually my mom bought it for my son to use when he was like 4ish. He absolutely loved it, he took part in cleaning and it was actually useful. It’s still going 7 years later and we all use it. It’s very helpful for the stairs and baseboards, quick pet fur dust bunny cleanup, cracks of the sofa. I say get it, very low cost investment. And I bet there are much nicer ones than what I have, even.
