You need a spinning brush roll, those are very useful for helping to remove clinging hair. The rest is total marketing. "Ultrasonic vibrations" do next to nothing for actual cleaning performance. UV lights only work to kill dust mites if left stationary over the exact same spot for 15 seconds continuously, and are only effective within a 2cm range. In other words, UV lights do nothing when vacuuming at a normal or even slow pace. Furthermore these mattress hand vacs are big and bulky, and unable to clean tight spots. I'd save yourself some money and look at the dirt devil scorpion. It's corded and has a rotating brush. Unlike these other options you've shared, you can remove the motorized nozzle and use it like a normal handheld or with the attached crevice nozzle.

Probably a scorpion plus hand vac, it’s the only corded hand vac dirt devil still sells, and it has a turbo brush.

I purchased one of those little dirt devil hand vacuums and it has been a game changer! I can just do a quick clump cleanup to take care of the big issues a couple times a week. Then my Roborock does the rest. Easy peasy.
