"I’ve seen on the camera the poor guy making multiple trips to self empty while in one room but it’s cut the hair buildup tenfold."
"With three they can just make it to a full week for emptying. ... Life changing."
"does a great job. This is with 1 cat and one drooling toddler."

"Same here the i3 is awesome. ... I bought a parts kit on amazon for super cheap and it has really come in handy. ... I replaced the roller, even though it didn't need it after 3-4 years of use. ... The brush up front I've had to replace twice."
"you can buy replacement parts for under $40ish dollars. ... I have replaced battery, brush attachment, stick attachment, etc. - they are amazing."
"Roborock parts are easy to get so sometimes rather than cleaning them out I just replace them when I don't have time and that might be helpful for the household as you can replace them when you are there and it reduces maintenance"

"Been using them for about four years working out in my gym, and cycling daily (45+ minutes on a bicycle outdoors)."
"I even washed them accidentally and still worked perfectly fine afterwards."
"I still have the Kirby my grandma bought brand new in 1970."

"amazing battery (literally all day at work without going into the case)"
"Ok it's great I had them playing for more than 6 hrs with ANC and they didn't die ... Soundcore says about 10hrs and I think it's pretty true you can at least get 8 hrs without ANC and with ANC I reckon at least 7 hrs. ... The case can charge UpTo 3 times and combined Anker says 40 hrs of play time which I think is pretty accurate."
"Long-lasting! Swear! Hahaha. Halos everyday ko siyang gamit and once a week ko lang siya need i-charge"

"I live in a 2700 square foot cookie-cutter tract house. First floor is laminate with an office that has carpet. Then there’s the stairs which leads to 5 carpeted bedrooms, two tile bathrooms, a laundry room, and a walk-in carpeted closet. I can get all of that done one charge."
"being cordless and effective for what I need. ... For some the tradeoff for cordless, no bags, good suction, etal means we vacuum more than we otherwise would. ... I never would have thought I'd defend a near $1,000 cordless vacuum but I got one as a gift and will never buy anything different now."
"One thing I really love is how it came with two batteries. ... Never have I ran out of a charge."

"About a year and the right bud would last about 15 minutes on a full charge."
"I've had them for a few years and now the battery doesn't last for more than 40 mins, so looking for a different model."
"An almost new pair I wore in a mountain 100 was dead after the race. ... It was all stretched out and even had a hole in the side when it wasn't that crazy technical of terrain."

"battery died just months after warranty expired."
"The dust bin broke 3 times. ... The wand broke 3 times. ... The red clip button broke 4 times. ... The battery broke once."
"My seventh Fitbit died last week (from Luxe to Versa to Charge 5 and 6, this was my second in-warranty replacement), white line on the screen to no screen at all within 24 hours."

"I have KEF Q150 with a 150 euro amp. They sound drastically better than a Sonos Move 2. They're different products but for the same price you have way better sound, it's not even close."
"costing $1000-$1200, respectively ... can't, in good faith, recommend a high-end Garmin to anyone who isn't rich"
"Addressing the Move, it’s a nice speaker and overpriced for what it does. ... I feel $250-300 is really what it should cost. ... If I reviewed it, it would get hammered on its value."

"The Aqua10 clogged with dog hair even with the high-frequency emptying setting enabled—which was one of my main reasons for wanting this robot in the first place. ... Clogged again the following day. It really doesn't like dog hair. ... The Aqua10 has now clogged for the second time with dog hair after being run multiple times a day over the last few days. ... I woke up to a other dog hair clog. In the weeks with the Flow I never had a clog. I know I mentioned it a lot, but I don’t have that much dog hair that it should be clogging a robot vacuum. ... I would be highly cautious with the Aqua10/MOVA Z60 if you have pets. It's just a poor dust bin design all around."
"the amount of dog hair / ETC it can get out of the carpet vs the Dyson Cordless cannot be compared."
"the Aqua10 clogged twice in 3 days running the same floors daily as the Flow"

"the cordless Dyson isn’t that great for carpet/rugs ... I have the old school Dyson Ball vacuum cleaner and it’s sooo much better for rugs"
"continually having to take it apart and cut fur from the roller."
I’ve had 2 Dyson stick vacs break and honestly the manufacturing seems to get cheaper not better. Just switched to shark and happy so far but when you’re in the $400 range you are buying a short term vacuum anyhow.
r/CleaningTips • Are Dyson vacuums really worth it? V11 is now under $400 and I'm tempted ->Same - Though Reddit seems to hate them. We got a Shark as a gift, lasted 1 year. They replaced it for free. Lasted about 2 years. We’ve had the same Dyson stick over 10 years with no issues. A charge doesn’t last long as long as it used to, but suction is still excellent. I can save you the trouble, Reddit will recommend you buy a $1300 corded Miele/Sebu. If God forbid you must have a cordless, $1000 Miele or $200 shark. I just don’t think it’s worth it for something where the bar is “does it get my floors clean?”. It reminds of certain hobbies like Mountain Biking where anything other than enthusiast-level ($$$$) is ‘junk’. Okay but I had fun riding my ‘junk’ the last decade while saving 8K. PC gaming, too - nobody has enjoyed a game with 12GB of VRAM, apparently.
r/CleaningTips • Are Dyson vacuums really worth it? V11 is now under $400 and I'm tempted ->I like mine a lot, but the biggest thing that bothers me is the battery. It doesn’t last quite long enough to vacuum my living room, kitchen, and back room. And it takes like 5 hours to charge. So vacuuming takes planning and I can’t get it all done at once anymore. My next vacuum will be a ryobi cordless.
r/CleaningTips • Are Dyson vacuums really worth it? V11 is now under $400 and I'm tempted ->With the dyson stick cordless, the battery can be replaced. We did so on ours after 8ish years and it is like new.
r/Cleaningandtidying • Stay-at-home mom here: which cordless vacuum is actually worth it? ->When our battery started to go I had no idea it could be replaced. Needless to say I was very excited, lol
r/Cleaningandtidying • Stay-at-home mom here: which cordless vacuum is actually worth it? ->My husband ordered and exchanged it. I dont recall it being a pain in the ass. There seems to be 2 screws.
r/Cleaningandtidying • Stay-at-home mom here: which cordless vacuum is actually worth it? ->I have the rechargeable #2 on the list Dyson stick and I LOVE IT! If you have carpeted stairs, it’s no challenge dealing with those. I live in a 2700 square foot cookie-cutter tract house. First floor is laminate with an office that has carpet. Then there’s the stairs which leads to 5 carpeted bedrooms, two tile bathrooms, a laundry room, and a walk-in carpeted closet. I can get all of that done one charge.
r/BuyItForLife • These are the most recommended vacuum cleaners on Reddit (r/VacuumCleaners VS others) as of Jan 2025 ->We purchased a “renewed” Dyson Animal vacuum. It’s very powerful and works amazing on our hardwood, rugs, and carpet. It has a narrower brush area so suction is increased. When vacuuming our area rugs on the lowest brush setting, the suction makes it hard to move the vacuum, it’s that strong. It’s probably the best vacuum I’ve ever used.
r/dogs • House cleaning advice for dog hair (Golden Retriever) ->Mine is definitely over 5 years at this point and the only issue is some battery degradation on max power mode. Ive used it almost daily this whole time.
r/CleaningTips • Are Dyson vacuums really worth it? V11 is now under $400 and I'm tempted ->Miele are great pieces of kit all round. The Karcher WD2 is an inexpensive vacuum that does a great job without trying to be clever. We also have a Lidl wet and dry for 40 euro for back up. Cordless, a good Dyson model with pet hair attachment. Just handy to have around for quick jobs. But even with the few quick jobs it needs regular filter cleaning and are quite expensive as a 'quick job' handy tool.
r/AskIreland • What vacuum cleaners do people recommend?
Wasn’t cheap but good quality and does great easy to clean.
r/Frugal • Cat parents - What vacuum do you use??? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
