Sorry I've only just seen your comment. The absolute is the older model, the V8 cyclone was just released and supposedly has better suction, battery life and a button instead of a trigger. If they are signs the same price I would go for the cyclone. You can buy fluffy roller head on Facebook marketplace. I ended up buying a fluffy head with laser on Temu, it's brilliant because it illuminates all the dust
This right here. It doesn't matter that a corded vacuum is more efficient or better or whatever if I'm not gonna want to use it regularly. Miles (my Dyson) is always right there and ready to go.
I bought 3 of the cheap stick vacs off of Amazon for 80-120 each before finally breaking down and paying 270ish I think for a Dyson v8. I absolutely love it and think it was worth it. But the battery is complete garbage and lasts like 15 minutes. The second day I had it I bought an adapter so that I could use my husband’s Milwaukee batteries and omg!!! I have to change the battery every 2-3 days and I use it everywhere everyday. I love it. The adapter is like 30 and you can get them from any brand power tool battery I believe.
I think it’s worth it personally but I’ve never had an expensive vacuum so there are probably much better options.
