Eureka stylus Elite NEC490SE. It's been a game changer
Honestly for the price it's hard to beat the Eureka Stylus NEC490SE from amazon. Cant talk about longevity since it's only been 6 months but so far it's great for the cost. Can always add the extended protection from amazon too. Dont expect it to be as good as a corded vac but for every day quick pickups it's been great
We went the route of a Kenmore Intuition BU4050 for more deep cleans and a Eureka Cordless Stylus Elite NEC490SE for daily quick pick ups. Been pleased with both.
We also own 2 Sebo canisters but use those for our cleaning business
I got the Eureka Stylus Elite NEC490 Cordless Stick Vacuum With Self-Emptying Station at Walmart for $169.
The only reason I have a cordless vac was for small quick pickups around the kitchen and living room flood, but it can do more. I use the plugin big boy vac for the rest. It is perfect. It stands on it's own so I can grab and pickup in minutes without getting the plugin. It self cleans and charges the battery at the same time.
The Dyson is very overrated. I had the V12 Detect $499. I compared both, sent the Dyson back. They both performed similar. The Dyson does not stand on its own and doesn't have the cleaning station. It was a easy choice for me.
