Hoover commercial vacuums have parts not residential ones.

Hear me out. I got a commercial Hoover stand up with a bag. Couldn’t be happier. It comes with a washable filter and a 40ft cord that can easily be changed. It’s quiet and very powerful

It’s a CH54115 hushtone commercial upright. Got it on clearance 4 years ago for $268 and haven’t had a single issue with it. It’s worth looking for a deal on a commercial vacuum. Way cheaper than a Miele.

The Hoover is mediocre, and hard to get good bags for (also a bit loud). I had one in my office, I replaced it with a Karcher Windsor Sensor S15... highly recommend it. Easy to repair and get parts for.

Looked up to see if Karcher had any refurbished units, but none listed. The sometimes get them in (like new) for $300-400. that's where I get mine (I have one at home also). Keep an eye on their ebay store. Also sometimes Woot (of all places) has them cheap. The Hoover will work. You'll find yourself using "high" always. My biggest issue was the dingbat cleaning staff that sucked large things into it... blocking the tube. (Sebo/Windsors have suction that's narrow at the end and wider at the unit so they don't clog). Also if you find a source for the bags, buy them, because during Covid they become strangely hard to find... Hoover will have parts, but there's a bit more labor over the Windsor. The Hoover is a 5 Years Vac, the Windsor is a BIFL type... you can basically keep rebuilding/repairing it and it'll last decades.

I own a cleaning business and we use ProTeam backpack vacuum & Hoover hushtone upright. Both work great and can withstand long days and abuse. Hoover is a bit heavy but it works great

I disagree. At least in the US, they are tiny and the plastic is so flimsy it's bound to break. And this was their $1k pet model. I've been very happy with my Hoover Hushtone.

Hoover HushTone. It’s far less expensive than a Sebo (around $500) and it still does wonders. I use it for carpet and wood flooring. I upgraded from a Bissell to that about a year ago after lurking this sub for a while and I couldn’t be happier with the decision.

The Hoover Hushtone has a quiet mode for those 2am vacuuming sessions. It’s 69 decibels, so the same volume as a regular conversation or a washing machine. The Miele C3 is also fairly quiet, but I personally hated having a canister when I lived in an apartment. They can be difficult to maneuver in tight spaces.

Aside from a central vacuum, the Hoover Hushtone is not very loud. They’re often used to clean hospital wards for this reason. They have a regular and a quiet setting.

I have the Hoover Hushtone bagged commercial vacuum and it works so good. Changing the bags is really easy and much less messy than emptying the canister. I wish it came with a pet hair attachment for the hose but otherwise it's really good
