I have a Karcher VC3 and I can't complain. Made in China though.

Fellow cat owner here. We use a Karcher VC3+ at home. It’s the bagless kind. Got it awhile back but It’s definitely under $200. Very easy to use and cleans real well. Simple to clean after use too. We also have a robovac for daily cleaning but unfortunately that’ll be out of the budget. It also scares the heck out of our cat 😆

We also use the VC3+ at home! Super useful but tbh, too much effort with a cat around so we use the dreame x50 and run it twice daily to keep things clean. It takes fun gifs of my cat when their paths cross and I love it hahaha

The mite and mattress vacuums are terrible. They are small and have small bins and usually on single cyclones so the filters get dirty quickly. The heat and UV don't do anything because you'd need to hold them over the same spot for hours to kill and sterilize. You'll need to choose between disposable bags or disposable filters. After a while all filters need to be replaced. I'd choose a bag so you don't have to wash and dry filters. If you choose a bagless vacuum you should replace the hepa exhaust filter every year. A corded canister vacuum will have the most suction power and the hose will be the lightest to manuever the tools on the surface. For a bagless vacuum I'd look at the Karcher VC3 €98. It has muliple cyclones so the filter needs less cleaning and a hepa exhaust filter. It's average noise and average durability. For a bagged vacuum I'd look at the Bosch Series 8 BGB75X494 €120. It has stronger suction, yet it's quieter, it has a longer cord, and more tools included. There are cheaper Boschs but I like the extra tools and longer cord. A long cord makes using a corded vacuum much easier. What do you think?
