peakdistriktJust for a bit of contrast to the discussions here: we have a Kärcher (I think it’s a WD-2) and couldn’t be happier. Excellent suction, bag lasts for a very long time and doesn’t cost too much, the whole unit is very light but also glides really smoothly. Very low-maintenance too. It was far cheaper than all of the cordless models you see these days and I really can’t understand the hype over them. Can’t speak for BIFL but we’ve had it for 5 years and see no signs of it giving up yet.
