Wobei ich immer noch ein Freund von Beutelsaugern bin, die Beutel bringen einen preislich nicht um (und sind anders als Tintenpatronen nicht gechipt, günstige Drittanbieter also möglich) und sind sauberer. Du kannst die heutigen Staubsauger dennoch nicht mit denen von früher™ vergleichen - die Technik heute ist zwar effizienter, aber an die 2200W - Dinger kommt sie dennoch nicht ran. Quelle: haben einen neuen 890W Miele und einen älteren mit 2200W - der nuckelt wesentlich schneller mit der XL-Parkettdüse (übrigens sehr zu empfehlen) über den Boden.

Miele S series bagged vacuums are one of the GOAT imo. Ours has lasted years and if you buy generic bags, upkeep is a minimum

Prices in Europe are more reasonable for Miele, Sebo and the Henry. Miele S series, Sebo K series and Henry would be the models I'ld be looking at.

Used Miele S series are also really good value and reliable, plus repairs are super easy too.

I bought the cheapest bagged corded vacuum from Miele that could be found in 2010, it is still running perfectly. Now most of my appliances are Miele.

We had a Dyson V8 Animal that lost suction power pretty badly over the course of about 2 years. We got it serviced and did everything they recommended but it's just a useless piece of crap. Ended up going back to a plug in Miele.

They tend to break and they need regular servicing or else they start to go wrong. We have a V10 animal stick vacuum and after a few years it's basically a piece of garbage. We got a Miele plug in unit instead.

We've tried Dyson and Sharks but they're so hard on our carpets and rugs so we went with the Mieli Pro. It's a canister vac so whereas it does take up more space than upright and stick vacs, it's relatively maneuverable. What we like the most is that you can reach high up for vents, fixtures, ceilings and low/deep (under sofas, beds) with relative ease. You can also change the height of the beater brush for different length floors (hard vs low pile carpet vs high pile rug) and you can even turn the beater brush off if you have hand-woven or otherwise delicate rugs. You can even change the suction power depending on if you're doing floors or drapes or furniture.

Oh! And these things are made to be repaired. They use hard rubber parts that are standardized across the line so you don't have to just toss it out after 3-5 years.

I only use Miele. I use the bagged canister design for the whole house and for every mess. Even pet hair.

Everyone says Shark. I had many Shark vacuums. The filters suck. The canisters suck. The brush rolls suck. When they broke or died it was impossible to find anyone who was willing to repair them. I decided to switch to a bagged canister style vacuum. I started with a kenmore because I wasn’t sure I’d like the canister style and Kenmore vacuums are fairly inexpensive. I really liked it. Although it was super heavy. The bags are much cleaner and easier to deal with than the shark canisters. One bag lasts a week or more which means I’m not dumping the canister multiple times during one clean. Filters don’t get as dirty. The Kenmore died after a year but I was able to get it repaired for cheap enough (was a fuse or something). I saved up $ and bought a Miele bagged canister style vacuum and I love it so much. Superior suction. Superior filtration. Light weight. Will never go back to the crappy shark vacuums. I’m a Miele for life. And I can get it repaired or serviced at my local vacuum repair place. I probably spent as much on all the sharks I bought as I did on the Miele.
