I've bought a Milwaukee M12 FVCL and absolutely love it. So much power! I'm using it mostly to clean my customers server racks.
After having owned the DCV581H, I would not recommend it. Great runtime on batteries and a corded option(hardly used it) but it’s pretty weak, not a great form factor for storage/organization, top heavy and likes to fall over which causes the water float ball to get sucked up and block suction. I got the M12 vacuum and vastly prefer it.
I had the same thought. Many times I thought of cutting it up and stuffing it into a ToughSystem box. Wound up getting Flex StackPack and Milwaukee M12 vacuum though.
I came here to say I use the m12 fuel vacuum.
I use a Milwaukee on construction sites, it'll be fine for a vehicle
No dude it's perfect, it's a small easily maneuvered with good power. It's the size of a boom box from the late 80's lol tho look at them at home Depot and you can make your choice. All 3 are sold there.
Milwaukee makes an awesome cordless one
I have a bunch of EGO tools and love em. I have the Milwaukee cordless one that’s like a little rectangular toolbox, or else I’d buy this.
