Milwaukee - M18™ Compact Vacuum (0882-20)

Not BIFL since it’s battery but I love my Milwaukee Tool 0882-20. If you already have M18 batteries I highly recommend it. I rarely ever get out my corded vacuum anymore besides for my basement carpet and rugs. Works great for cleaning out cars as well.

She has a Milwaukee vacuum problem. She also wants the 0980-20 and the compact and the 5 in 1. Problems. However I do sing the Ghostbusters theme song when she cleans the house. So I believe that's helpful.

Don't get the non fuel version. It makes a good awful high pitched noise, it clogs ALL THE TIME. It's not as powerful as the fuel version, which is just barely powerful enough.

Battery vacs. I’m a fan of the packout and the m18 non fuel. But you need a big battery for these. 6ah or larger to get much life out of them. Coworker has the dewalt version that’s battery powered and has a corded option. Pretty cool that it’s dual powered. I also own the m12 fuel vacuums. It’s fine for very small stuff. I keep mine tucked away in the kitchen and mostly use it for sucking up the dog food before it goes down my cold air return. Once again. Larger batteries or the life sucks. I use 6ah’s in it That said. Nothing beats a big old corded shop vac. These battery vacs are great for small stuff but are not comparable to corded shop vacs
