Aero 26-21 PC

I use a $500 Nilfisk Aero shop vac. Rather loud but does the job well and doesn't fill up quickly. Pet hair is no problem. HEPA filter can be rinsed under the tap or with a hose.

Has a dedicated power plug to plug your corded tools so the vacuum turns on when you turn on the power tool. The hose is a good length and the electrical cable a good gauge and length . I use it for just about everything now. No idea what your budget is but just sharing my experience (noise wise it's pretty good) I used to have an Ozito and that sounded like a plane trying to take off when on, this is a whisper jet in comparison!

Yeah, I'd get that Aero 26 vacuum as well. It's a good solid buy! And the filter cleaning button is a bonus on a vac in that price range. I recently bought the gangsta big brother to yours, the Attix 33 H Class and I love it!

I love my wet vac, great for clearing leaves out of drains too. Use mine mainly for yard cleaning - I'm just moving the dirt around without it I find. God does it take some rough treatment. Nilfisk from Amazon is mine - all plastic, which is better I think.
