I'm not an expert on wide area vacuums but I'll try to help. You may need to shop at janitorial supply or cleaning suppliers for a selection of wide area vacuums. I find webstrauntstore usually has a good selection, you do need to go several categories deep to get to [wide area vacuum cleaners](https://www.webstaurantstore.com/1241/vacuum-cleaners.html?filter=type:wide-area-vacuums). Your Sanitaire with the soft bag on top is a direct air or a dirty fan design. It's like a Sanitaire Tradition or Kirby vacuum where it moves a lot of air but the fan can be damaged by coins or rocks. The most similar vacuum is the Bissell Commercial BGCC28 28" Bagged Wide Area Vacuum Cleaner. I would recommend looking at a clean air vacuum, the dirty air passes through the bag before the fan like most modern vacuums. This protects the fan from small rocks or coins. The Powr-Flite PF2030 30" Bagged Wide Area Vacuum Cleaner is simple and Tacony makes both Powr-Flite and Tornado so choose whichever has the better price. I really like the Advance CarpeTriever 28 56330020 28" Wide Area Vacuum, it has a built in hose and wand for cleaning baseboards and more, it has a wheel on the right side to help it roll along walls. The Bissell is 57 lbs, Powr-Flite is 96 lbs, and the Advance is 111 lbs. If your space has ramps or inclines, you may want to keep the weight lower. Hope this helps.
You're welcome. Just another thought if your floorplan is smaller, has more obstacles, or narrow halls you could look at 1 or 2 wide upright vacuums. The Karcher Versamatic Hepa 18 $1410 is a commercial upright vacuum with an 18 inch wide brushroll. It's very durable and it has a built in hose and wand. You could buy 2-4 of these vacuums for the price of 1 wide area vacuum. You could even get a combo of 1 wide area sweeper and 1 Karcher Versamatic to divide cleaning different-sized areas. The Bissell Commercial BGU1800T 18" Dual Motor Commercial Bagged Upright Vacuum Cleaner $799 could serve as a less expensive backup vacuum.
