I don't remember the exact model, but it's something like a Philips Cyclone 5 (I'll check). I used one on holiday once, so impressed my ex and I bought one, then after we split I bought another. Comes from Holland or somewhere, but is only just over £100. You'll need an adapter for the European plug. Sucks like a mad thing and is easy to clean. Deals with my cat's hair very well.
r/UKFrugal • Vacuum Cleaner ->I too was in this hunt a few days back. Settled with philips power pro compact. Its damn good. Also, since it's corded the suction power is really good. It cuts down all the bells and whistles. It just works. Comes with hepa filters. It has the highest suction power in its segment and has 6 meters of extension cord which is really good. Had a misconception that since it was cheaper it would be bad. But I was wrong. Its really good. Don't have to worry about battery and stuff. Currently at 6k in flipkart. I also had the dyson v12 as an option. But I couldn't able to just the pricr difference. The cleaning efficiency is almost the same. I didn't notice any tangible difference at all. On the looks aspect the dyson looks better, has some advanced tech. But, I really didn't buy into all that since at the end of the day, both get the job done in an identical way.
r/VacuumCleaners • Please help me pick my first vaccum (India - dust allergies, pet, hard floor with area rugs) ->That's true. But since cordless has inbuilt battery it weights north of 4kg I believe. But in case of this philips, the canister only weights around 1kg and the suction unit will be offloaded. I feel its really good. Specifically, in indian homes where you wanna go into every hard corners and under furnitures, it allows you to tilt almost 90deg flat if you slightly rotate the cannister. The only thing is the suction tube that runs from the canniester to the unit which might feel slighly uncomfortable at first. But quickly you will get used to it. A small disadvantage is it takes slightly more room for storage if you don't want to remove the cannister with tube as they can't be tucked in. But if you can remove it(takes only 3 secs), then you can slide it under some furniture. They also provide a slot where you can slot in the cannister after use, without removing. So It's not really a disadvantage. But see for yourself. Dyson is definitely better. but for that price its not worth it imo. If you can afford then go for it. But be mindful of the battery, heard it only lasts around 10 mins at high suction power.
r/VacuumCleaners • Please help me pick my first vaccum (India - dust allergies, pet, hard floor with area rugs) ->what would u recommend that is reasonably cheap, and can handle rabbit fur and hay? Got a philips compact pro atm that is a couple years old. The fur and hay along with dust constantly clogs up different pieces of the vacuum.
r/VacuumCleaners • DO NOT BUY A DYSON (I wish someone had told me this) ->I am pretty happy with the Philips power pro .
r/Frugal_Ind • Suggest a vacuum cleaner(Cannister) ->Pre desetak godina uzeli neki philips power cyclon, čupa parket kako vuče. Preživeo renoviranje dva stana, i industrijsko usisavanje svega i svačega u tim procesima... Naručili rezervne hepa filtere sa Aliexpresa i milinković...
r/AskSerbia • Koji usisivač biste preporučili? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
